My husband & I recently stayed for 4 nights, NO AC, messaged prior to arrival about a portable unit because I came across a recent post from someone else about no air. Was informed there would be a portable unit upon arrival. The air conditioning that was advertised, was the sole reason we booked the specific room.There was not! The room was so hot & so miserable was unable to get any sleep that night. After contacting the manager, she attempted to get a portable AC unit. Which, after maintenance arrival, they told us would not work. We were not able to get another room until the following day, Which during the time of a scheduled group activity my phone was non stop with emails and calls. RUINING that activity. On top of all the hassle, there was nothing refunded. Only the price difference between rooms we had to switch.The condo we were relocated to, had tiles throughout that were loose, and moved around when walking on. There was no hot water in the shower at night. And the shower non stopped dripped. On top of other people’s hair on the shower walls and only 1 towel provided in the room. We also had to listen to the people in the condos above us, dogs barking all night. This was my first trip to Maui, and would NOT stay at this resort again.
The property was very nice but it was super inconvenient to not have air conditioning while we were there

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HIDES OUT OF SERVICE AC AT END OF LISTINGThis is a lovely Condo in a great location at the northernmost portion of Kaanapali Beach. Breathing view of the ocean. I would NOT have rented if I had known the AC was out. When I reached out upon arrival they told me no refund so I made the best of it my open f the front door for cross breeze. I had several nights of really poor sleep. The condo is a little worn but lovely and quiet. In a well maintained two tower condo building with clean quiet pool and spa. The kitchen lights are too dark and the stove knobs are illegible which made cooking a guessing game. sleep.
No air conditioning is a problem! NEED TO Disclose that issue! Too hot to sleep & enjoy vacation.No fans! Called & complained 3 times nobody offered to do anything for us!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication with property management was excellent, as was the check in/out procedures. The location was also excellent and the grounds were beautiful and meticulously manicured.Our only concern was that the room was advertised as newly renovated and classified as a 5 star, which is a stretch. We would definitely consider going back for reasons mentioned above, but we don’t feel the add accurately describes the unit.
Special thanks to the My Perfect Stay company for facilitating a terrific visit! Everything was fantastic! Thank you very much! Loved the super fast response times to my email and text questions! place was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Had a little trouble with the bedroom TV for some reason we couldn’t get the channels to work for us, but that could’ve been user error. Honestly, we didn’t spend too much time with that! would definitely come back here again and again!

The photos could not compare to real life, if i could i would have loved to stay longer. very quiet area, food trucks were nearby and the beaches were stunning.
Located at the beginning of the beach boardwalk. Walking distance to everthing in Kaanapali. Opened the doors at night and listened to the waves crash 50ft from our resort. No better spot for the money in Maui.
Clean, updated, and well appointed.2nd time at Mahana and will return.

The condo was beautiful, comfortable and as described. It’s in a gorgeous setting directly on the ocean and it was lovely to listen to the waves and fun to watch the surfers and turtles. We enjoyed all the condo amenities including the pool and having a washer and dryer available in the condo was very much appreciated. The only thing that surprised us was we had to purchase paper products (paper towel and toilet paper) once the small initial supply was depleted. It would have been helpful to include that detail in the VRBO description so we knew that up front. Overall, we had a great time In a gorgeous condo and stunning location.
The Mahana along with the location of the condo could not have been more perfect. The sound of the waves first thing in the morning was absolutely soothing to wake up to. The spectacular sunsets in the evening were unforgettable. The Mahana itself was beautiful, the grounds were tropical and very well maintained. Centrally located and within walking distance to stores and restaurants.
Nestled in a prime location in Hawaii, this condo offers a mix of comfort, convenience, and local charm. The king-sized bed ensures a restful night's sleep amidst the lullaby of the ocean waves. However, the couch bed in the living room fell short in comfort. A small dresser with bookshelves and cozy blankets would have added extra comfort. The kitchen and grills in the courtyard were convenient, but the highlight was Papi Ohana's cinnamon rolls, a short walk away. Ross and Tanner at 808rides provide thrilling moped rentals, right next door to Papi’s. The food truck park out front offers delicious treats without the need for reservations. Everything in the condo worked seamlessly, including laundry facilities. The lanai provided stunning views, perfect for spotting whales and turtles.
Very nice and the view was spectacular but all Mahana views are the best!
Th Condo was spacious. It had everything we needed but foil for BBQ. The pool, spa and ocean front were perfect. Parking was convenient. Staff was responsive.
