Absolutely beautiful! One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The check-in process was seamless, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of food trucks, coffee, restaurants, and the boardwalk. Beachfront access was extremely convenient, and the pool was great.The only downside was direct communication with the property manager. It felt a bit difficult to confirm and arrange rental equipment drop-off and pick-up, even though it was outlined in the rental agreement. That said, the overall response team was excellent and typically got back to me within the hour. In the end, everything worked out smoothly—they even delivered a high chair within a few hours after discovering one wasn’t already available as promised.
A great condo with beautiful views of the beach! Located near Black Rock/Kaanapali beach. We loved going for runs and walks on the boardwalk every morning and the views overlook the ocean were phenonmenal. nWe saw a monk seal swimming from our balcony (what a treat!).Beds were comfy, kitchen had all the amenities we needed, beach towels and chairs provided which was also nice. The only issue we had was the fridge not always closing properly and it was always beeping to notify us that it was not closed. A small nuisance in the overall grand scheme of a beautiful location and stay. Would definitely book here again. We also loved the convenience of the food truck park at the entrance on the condo for morning coffee or dinner. Grocery store is right across the street as well as Papi Ohana's which has some gigantic and delicious cinnamon rolls.
Stayed with my husband, daughter and granddaughter. Unit was beautiful, clean and view was incredible. Appreciated the availability of beach chairs and toys in our condo, as well as how fully stocked all the supplies were including laundry detergent! Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool, surroundings were beautiful and inviting. Thank you for a great stay.
The condo was immaculate, and had with just enough basic goods to make our first day very enjoyable: coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee filters, paper towels, beach equipment. The property itself is immaculately maintained with wonderful facilities for grilling at night. The views are as though you were on a cruise ship! Can’t recommend the place enough what a wonderful vacation we had.
The unit has the most amazing panoramic view. The beds were comfortable, the views were amazing…. We saw whales, dolphins and seals from the balcony!!! I have never seen a seal in Hawaii. Great snorkeling right out front with tons of turtles. My only negative was a broken toilet that required 6 of us to use one bathroom x 2.5 days. Wasn’t the best communication, but I’m chalking it up to it being spring break and things being crazy. Would definitely stay here again.
We are so grateful for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. The view was phenomenal and even though we had a few teenagers that did not want to get off their phones they still enjoyed the view from up there and we got out to snorkel.

The view was fantastic. We saw a school of dolphins and sea turtles that swims up to the beach each evening. Everything was within 10-15 min away. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Definitely will come back again.
This is great property and I highly recommend it for a family vacation. A/C is out in the building until the end of July, and there is some roof work done as well, so if you plan on staying inside the unit during the day, this might not be the best option for you until all the work is done. We were well aware of these items as the property management was very proactive about letting us know. We were fine with it as we’ve spent majority of the day exploring the island or hanging out by the beach.
Units has amazing view and is well stocked with all necessities. Also, we can’t say enough good things about management, their communication, responsiveness, etc. Their work ethic has helped creating amazing Maui experience. Mahalo for that!
We have stayed at the Aston Mahana 10 or so times and this was by far the best unit. The large 2 bedroom corner unit had sweeping views of the ocean, reef full of turtles, whales in the distance, mountains, Molokai, Lanai, and Black Rock. Dukes Beach House and the Kaanapali boardwalk were also right there. This was the perfect spot for my family since we have a 2 year old and we could enjoy the views while he took naps.
The place was also nicely furnished and the concierge team was very responsive.
We will be back again!

What an unbelievable week in our Condo. I don’t think it could have been any better. From the amazing views, to the duel head shower to the snorkeling steps from the building, everything was great. Even when we had a little hiccup with a cooler not being available, the management staff got us a new one right away. This place hit everything our family of 4 needed for a great vacation in Maui. Highly recommend and we will be back.

It was a good location. Nice views for sure. The A/C being out made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night and the portable units that were brought in to cool it down were very ineffective.
WOW! We found the property to be exceptional - immaculate, well stocked, conveniently located to items of interest and just what we needed! We understood about the A/C failure and appreciated the efforts made to mitigate the situation.

We’ve stayed at various condos in the Mahana over several years. This was the most beautiful view of all (although all the views are wonderful). It’s not only a corner unit, but a corner looking down kaanapali beach, which made it perfect. The management company did a great job and made the whole process wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean, as well as simply beautiful. The only two minor suggestions I have are minimal: usually such a beautiful condo with this view has binoculars. I wish they had some in this unit because the whales and turtles were very active. Secondly, it would have been wonderful to have a few spices in the kitchen. Both issues were pretty insignificant. These aren’t complaints, just suggestions. This condo is perfect and will be a joy for anyone who’s thinking of renting! We loved every minute and it was so hard to leave!

We loved this condo. From the dining room and balcony you have a direct view of the ocean and reef below (this is a beachfront unit) and we saw sea turtles daily, plus seals and manta rays at times as well. Whales could occasionally be seen though pretty far away. The unit was clean and spacious and included Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We would stay here again if it is available! Walking distance to Duke’s and even Whaler’s Village if you’re willing to go 2 miles, which we did daily.
