Beautiful condo! Well appointed Kitchen. Amazingly responsive hosts. Felt at home immediately. Beach chairs, boogie boards and things to play on the beach with! Loved eating on the Lanai. Magic sands beach is beautiful! Close to Walmart, Costco and delicious restaurants! However we mostly ate at the condo since the kitchen was beautiful and had everything in it you needed to cook! Used it as our home base and traveled all over the island! We will definitely come back!!
Excellent location and home! Company was very responsive when code didn’t work at first. Clean and well equipped. We were thrilled with all of our stay!
This is a really lovely unit. Redone well, beautiful view, solid internet, beach easy. The premises are very easy to navigate. Parking was simple and instructions were clear. It’s clearly someone’s home. I would have given 5 stars but it needs a more vacationer friendly vibe. A few examples, the bathroom for the secondary room has a broken toilet paper holder and towel holder. There were only 4 beach towels. In the kitchen there was only one dish towel and no dish rack for non dishwasher safe items like pots and pans. The coffee maker leaks. There isn’t a welcome package with details on the rules or small coffee for the first am. I will note that while a welcome package isn’t necessary, we came in very late and couldn’t have stopped for groceries, so no coffee for am would have been welcome and we come to white sands a lot most of the units have a small bag of coffee and some snack for arrival. Towels were scarce in both bathrooms there was literally one roll of toilet paper. Happy to purchase but 1 seems skimpy. There were no extra linens, we stayed for two weeks and spent a lot of time washing linens. Lastly, the code provided did not work upon arrival. As I said it was late, so we waited 40 minutes for someone to get to us. And it happened in the middle of our stay also. The code suddenly stopped working, this time the response was faster but it was during business hours, so only 20 minutes, but not ideal. Anyway, it really is a nice unit.

We loved staying here, everything was great! Comfy beds, close to beach and well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Soooo nice being close to white sand beach and the coffee window at Magics.
It was a great property, very comfortable and well maintained. The only snag we ran into was that the code provided didn't work, delaying check in, but it was resolved in a reasonable time.

Listing was just as described and was very close to the beach. We loved the convenience and it was clean. We would definitely stay here again.
The condo is very clean and quiet. There are a few things that need to be addressed by owner/property manager. I sent my concerns to them first as I believe they should know ahead of others. These are MY concerns:
There are only 2 washcloths and towels per bathroom- needs more.
AC only goes to 74.
Mismatched coffee mugs - all novelty mugs = cheap.
No ironing board.
Towel bar fell off wall twice.
Refrigerator smelled bad. We had to buy baking soda to combat smell.
Good location To magic sands beach. A few miles to town.
This property is located close to a beautiful beach, has all the supplies we needed (towels, beach paraphernalia), and has excellent amenities (elevator, swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts). The property managers keep things in good shape and the rooms are well designed.

We really enjoyed the property, cleanliness and location. However, our interaction with the property host was not good. We were sent a text on our check in day that the washer wasn't working and would be repaired the next day. I subsequently tried to reach the host (various ways) and only got one text response saying they thought that they had responded and that they were trying to get a repair part. This was the 3rd day of our stay and we didn't hear back the rest of the stay regarding the broken washer. We were there for 8 days. This lack of communication was disappointing. If not for this, I would definitely book this location again.
Condo was exactly as pictured on the website. Everything one would need to cook and eat was available. Chairs in living room were comfortable. Mattress was great. Slept good on it. AC was real handy; especially after coming in from the beach.
Beach couldn't have been much easier to get to.
Umbrella and beach chairs were great for the beach trips.
Good view of the ocean from the lanai. Covered parking was nice for keeping the rental car cool. Short drive to town and grocery stores.

The condo was exactly as listed and even better in person. The furniture and finishes were clean and modern. The location, while not beach front, was just a short walk down the drive way to Magic Sands beach. The view from the lanai was lovely and a surprising plus was the beautiful plumeria tree right in front of the lanai. We would absolutely book again if available for our next visit.
As described , property very clean and very comfortable . Everything at your disposal to eat in. Right in front of the Magic sand beach. Parking spot included . I would come back without hesitation.
It was perfect. Very comfortable for me, wife and 2 teenagers. Great ocean view from the balcony; nice small swimming pool; pool table provided hours of fun for the kids. Great location, short drive to Kona and grocery/drug stores. Magic Sands Beach right across the street is delightful.
Unit is very close to the elevator and on the second floor. The lanai is set up as an extra living area and is totally private because of its location.
Beds were comfortable but watch out for toes on the bed legs.
Kitchen was nicely set up. There are beach items for your use. The beach is down at the bottom of the steep entrance to the complex. Great restaurant on the beach

This property was in a great location and has been kept updated. Would happily recommend!! Could've used little more toilet paper, a spare paper towel and some small soap in showers.
