Ma'alaea Surf, Unit C4 is totally upgraded and is a conveniently located ground floor unit, just steps away from the small pool. This beautiful unit features a contemporary, well-equipped kitchen, with alder cabinets and Caesarstone counters, a comfortable spring-free sofa bed and tile floor throughout. It also has central AC, Wi-Fi, parking, tennis & pickleball courts. There are also BBQ areas and washer/dryers on property.

Enjoy the spectacular ocean views and Maui's majestic sunset from your spacious private patio (lanai). The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 4. All units at the Ma'alaea Surf Resort are non-smoking.

Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

We have stayed in a number of units and really enjoy the Maalaea Surf condos. This particular unit had updated furniture and the most comfortable king size bed ever. The photographs of Ma'alaea Surf accurately portray how lovely the setting is. Beautiful white sand beach without crossing a road. We watched humpback whales breaching from the beach.

Our experience was one of ease, extremely beautiful grounds ideal location and lots of breezy weather. Our condo is well equipped , clean, and comfortable. This was our third stay at Maalaea Surf, our favorite resort on Maui. We like the relatively moderate size of the resort, its location by the extensive beach and the overall layout and design of the units.We stayed at Unit H2 before and for 10 days this time, six days at C4. Both condos were fine, but we do prefer H2's location by the beach. H2 was totally renovated after the muddy disaster last year. It's a clean design, but we somewhat missed the ambience of the previous decor. We would have liked better reading lights.

My husband and I had stayed here 5 years ago and were hesitant to book this place again due to the flood in 2021. We were pleasantly surprised that within the unit and the grounds, you would have never known there was a foot plus of mud in December. The upgrades the owners did to the unit are very nice. The unit was also very well stocked with the basic essentials. We love the quiet location of this property and the close proximity to the beach, just steps away. You do need a car though to go to restaurants/shopping.
