This is a jewel of a property. Nicely appointed condo on the second floor. Hosts are very accessible and easy to communicate with. These are not high-rise cookie-cutter condos. Great central island location with easy access to the entire island. Will definitely stay here again, if not buy on e in the future.
You can tell from the second you arrive at D9 that you are going to make amazing memories. From the beautifully decorated furnishings to the incredible views it could really not get any better. But wait..taking long walks on the sandy beaches, having the clean lovely pool to ourselves, listening to the sounds of the ocean, etc. so I guess it could get better.

We had such a great experience, which made our stay even better. The unit was immaculate, and the condo grounds were beyond our expectations. Our communications with the owner were answered quickly. We didn't have any issues when we stayed. We were granted extra time on the day we checked in and on check out to accommodate our flight times, which was very appreciated. Mahalo nui loa for a wonderful week!
This was our second trip to Maui and can’t wait to come back! Here are some pros and cons about this property.
PROS:
-easy access to the highway
-walking distance to a farmers market, bakery, and shave ice (YUM)
-amazing sunset views
-quiet property, usually had the pool to ourselves
-beautiful morning walks
-close drive to Kihei and other beaches
-comfortable beds and showers. Perfect layout!
CONS:
-murky water at the shore (still beautiful views, we just didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it)
-depending on the direction of the wind there was a very bad smell from a pond/swamp a couple of miles away. We would have to go back inside.
All the cons out weigh the pros and we would book here again. We spent most of our days out exploring so coming back to the gorgeous views was worth it.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A beautifully updated property, great central location, quiet complex, well-appointed w beach gear for exploring the island, and a view that’s tough to beat. Great communication from hosts in advance of our stay, and fantastic restaurant suggestions that our family loved. We’re already missing it! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful property! What a great location. Close to everywhere you might want to go, but so enticing just to sit and enjoy the scenery and activity on the water.
The property is located right on the water. Location was ideal for us, centrally located. Very nicely decorated and remodeled, fully stocked kitchen. The communication was good and the owners have done a great job of listing all near restaurants around town within Kihei and surrounding areas. The sugar beach cafe bake shop was definitely our favorite just a few steps away.
Aloha! We really enjoyed this beautiful condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. You can't beat the view from the lanai. It is centrally located on the island, and once you get here you will realize how important that is. The compound is so serene and quiet...simply paradise. It's a great location if you're a bird watcher. The owners were always available and I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

The place is lovely and in an ideal location. Pools, shuffle board, BEACH! Loved everything about the property. Unfortunately we had to check out early due to a mudslide that made it impossible to stay. Don’t let this keep you away. You’ll love the place!
