Our Condominium
Our condo at Vista Waikoloa complex is surrounded by beautiful views of the ocean, lush gardens, palm trees, and fairways of the Beach Golf course in the famous Waikoloa Beach Resort. From the front door you can walk to the ocean, shops, restaurants, golf, the world-famous Hilton Waikoloa Hotel, and one of the Islands most beautiful and historical beaches, Anaeho'omalu Bay.
The rooms are furnished with beautiful island themed furniture, and artwork.
The condominium has great natural lighting throughout the day, and you seldom have to use the AC. The breeze is very pleasant, and also has four ceiling fans for ventilation. Although there are few insects, all openings have screens.
The large master bedroom has an ocean view, beautiful bed, drawers and TV. This room has great natural ventilation with a sliding door onto the lanai, opening windows and a ceiling fan.
The kitchen has new granite countertops and new tile flooring, and has everything one needs to prepare and consume beverages and meals. We have many appliances including blender, coffee machine, bread maker, rice cooker, side by side refrigerator with freezer drawer and filtered water and ice maker, clothes washing machine, drier, and dishwasher.
Our large L shaped lanai is ideal for dining (6 chairs), relaxing on our 2 loungers, and at most times provides a choice of sun or sheltered shade, and has a wet bar . Sitting on the lanai, surrounded by fragrant plumeria trees and swaying palms, with your fresh Kona coffee and papaya, you know you are somewhere very special.
Waikoloa Beach Resort Location
Located just 20 minutes North of Kona International Airport, Vista Waikoloa resides in the unique and historic Waikoloa Beach Resort, on the sunny Kohala coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. It is located in the center of the resort providing wide views and easy access to many of the resort's finest amenities.
'A Bay' is a palm lined beach for swimming, snorkeling, and organized ocean activities and recreation rentals. Enjoy a sunset cruise, whale watch (December to April), snorkel or dive, play in the pristine ocean, or just relax and soak in the beautiful Hawaiian sun! Explore the peaceful ancient ponds that border the ocean. ) and at the Kings Course (designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish). .

The AAA 3-Diamond rated Vista Waikoloa condominiums are very spacious 2 bedroom luxury residences.
The Vista is a very special property, gated, private, and with many amenities.
The Pavilion is a great place to cook on one of the 6 BBQ’s provided, and also to enjoy your meal at one of the dining tables while enjoying the garden surroundings.
The fitness room is all brand new and has AC.

The condo was great. We especially enjoyed the lanai which is the biggest we have ever had in Hawaii. The best part is that it faces two sides so there is always a shaded portion. In fact the entire condo is quite roomy. There was plenty of space for our family of four. We did not use the AC. We just opened the windows and turned on the fans. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to the Big Island.

We absolutely recommend this condo! It has a great location, amazing views, and awesome amenities. The beds are very comfortable. The property manager, Greg, was extremely helpful and very nice. I can't say enough good things about this place. We had the best vacation and will definitely stay again. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us!

We stayed for 8 days as we had a meeting at the Hilton Waikoloa (walking distance). We have travelled extensively and this condo is by far the best ever! It has everything you need; the decor is up to date and well maintained. The kitchen is big and very well stocked. They have thought of everything! There are condiments and baggies and appliances in excellent condition including a washer and dryer. It is quiet and the 180 degree views from the two sided lanai are incredible. We enjoyed the salt water pool and the hot tub. The bed (master) was so very comfortable. It was in immaculate condition. We loved eating on the lanai and watching sunrises and sunsets from there. It is walking distance to the Kings and queen shops with stores and restaurants. 25 miles to Kona and a Costco and Walmart and Safeway. We absolutely loved it. We enjoyed our stay in Vista Waikoloa. I’ve stayed in several units here over the past few years. This condo was well appointed with comfortable beds and outstanding communication with the owner and manager. We particularly appreciated having beach chairs, beach towels, and some spices and condiments in the kitchen. The weather was outstanding this trip and the sunsets amazing! Thanks for the flexibility with checking in early as we were already on island.

We loved our stay at the condo. It has wonderful views of the sunrise, sunset, and golf course. Peekaboo view of A-bay and the ocean. The large windows in the living room invited us onto the lanai day and evening. We loved the condo’s location - a quick walk through the golf course shortcut right down to A-bay. We enjoyed many sunsets and beach afternoons and loved the proximity to King and Queen shops. The owners had ample beach gear including: chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, sand toys.

Very comfortable and nicely appointed. We had everything we need. Loved the lanais. The entire unit was nicely decorated and the king bed was very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and we loved the pool and jacuzzis!
