Family of 5, all adults, this place was perfect! Location is perfect, walking distance to shopping and grocery store. About 30 minute drive from the airport which was stated in the property description. No traffic so no big deal. The unit was well stocked, overall, we really loved our stay.

This is an amazing Villa, super clean and well maintained, spacious and stunning views. The property is gorgeous, the pool area is like a resort. It’s close to shops and a nice sandy beach. We highly recommend staying here.

The unit was clean and very nice. However, we didn’t know that the entry door was on the first floor and you had to open the door towards the stairs with a very small entry area making it a little difficult to bring up suitcases and golf clubs. My wife and daughter in law could not start the dishwasher and it’s not like they don’t know how. All the lights were on and they would press start and for hours nothing happened. Even though they thought maybe there was a pre-heat sequence. I told the manager and someone came and started it but didn’t leave any type of information how they did it. So for 11 days we were there we did the dishes by hand. The washer left a moldy smell in the clothes - had to wash everything again when we got home. We didn’t use the washer until the end of the trip. So we are suggesting to management to look into it. We mentioned to the manager that we need more hangers and salt & pepper shakers and immediately the next morning he was there with hangers and salt & pepper. Plus someone came and started the dishwasher. They were very prompt

The condo kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for a fantastic week long stay on the Big Island. Thanks so much for hosting our family!

The condo is conveniently located in the Waikoloa resort area, in a gated quiet community. It's well maintained and is a good choice for longer stays to make good uses of its well stocked kitchen.

We loved our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villas. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and instructions for everything were clear. The unit was well laid out for everyone in our group to have their own space/bathroom. The AC worked well. We appreciated all the beach supplies from beach chairs to beach towels to a cooler. The only thing we felt was missing was a drying rack for wet towels & bathing suits after a day at the beach (as these items aren’t allowed to be hung from the lanai railings). We wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again for future trips!

Stayed for a week - really enjoyed this property vs staying in a hotel. Location was excellent. The pre-arrival supplies and extras like a beach umbrella in the garage really made things easier for us. Looking forward to coming back!

I was surprised at how spacious it was! Our bedroom overlooked the pool area, without being too close. The loft had nice views in both directions. We loved stargazing from the hot tub and swimming in the pool with the rocks and garden setting. We found the location convenient. Great stay!

My little family of 5 enjoyed our recent 3 night stay. The property location is perfect in many ways. The community pool and fitness room is a short 1 minute walk from the property. The property is also conveniently located right across the street from the Queen's Shops (which has a movie theatre, various restaurants, Starbucks and local boutiques). The property manager communicated quickly to my messages and was very thorough about the details of our stay. The unit was clean and stocked with kitchen essentials. We will definitely consider staying here again in the near future! It was a perfect staycation for our family's end of summer break! :o)

Our first time staying at this property and we couldn’t be any happier! Spacious, clean and nicely located near the pool with a balcony we could enjoy without direct sun. It was nice having a garage as well.
