Very pleasant stay. Love how quiet it was. People were very nice.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is nicely furnished, with clean and simple details throughout. The upstairs living area and kitchen is filled with natural light- you can see tropical foliage from all windows- really nice! The kitchen is well appointed with cookware for at home meals, and the blender is great! We have needed air conditioning at other properties we have stayed at in Kauai, but the cool evening breezes and ceiling fans made it very comfortable for us. Also, my husband works remotely and the internet was excellent. Great beach gear as well. Location is really convenient in Princeville to nearby park and grocery store. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!
Nice location, walking distance to food store, bank, Saturday farmers market. Easy place to stay, comfortable. You can tell property is used as a rental. minimal kitchen, stained furniture. No a/c could be an issue at times. If more than 2 people had been there would have had a problem. Only 2 beach chairs and 4 beach towels. Have rented many homes in this price range, most equiped better. Lots of outside noise most days, starting very early, from golf course.
Everything was as expected. Had a great time!
The month we spent in Princeville is one we will always remember. The location of the villas is perfect. The property itself has been nicely updated and decorated minimally, which was perfect for a family with little kids. Unfortunately we had construction of the golf course going on right behind us (that we were not made aware of ) that tainted the view and will likely be under construction for the next year. The reason for the 3 star review is simply because of the property manager. While he started off strong, he simply is overworked and constantly complaining of other needs that were greater than whatever we were asking help for. He is terrible at communicating and left us waiting over serious issues without so little as a text or phone call in response. We were refunded for a couple of unfortunate events that occurred during our stay as well as an overcharge, which of course was an inconvenience for him to work on so it took way longer to send back to us. All in all, we will never stay at this property again as long as Andrew is the manager.
We enjoyed our stay at Villas on the Prince. It had so much space and was beautifully decorated! The lanai looking out toward the tropical plants was lovely. Very close to the Princeville Center which made it convenient for food and groceries. Not on the beach which would have made it perfect. Andrew was excellent to work with always getting right back to us with any questions we had.
