The space was beautiful and Faye was responsive and helpful for all of our questions!
Property was just as described and communication was top notch. Faye made sure we had everything we needed and went way above and beyond in making our last day special. The master bed was super comfortable and everything was as clean as could be upon our arrival. This property will definitely be on our short list for our next trip to Maui. Book it, you won’t regret it!
Faye’s condo is perfect! Great location, comfortable, clean, well-equipped! Close to restaurants, beaches, and walking paths. Faye is very easy to communicate with and replies to questions nearly instantly. This is the third summer my partner and I have stayed in Faye’s condo and we can’t imagine a more perfect vacation. Faye is very communicative and friendly. The unit is exactly as advertised. I slept extremely well in the bed provided and I absolutely loved the effectiveness of the bedroom ceiling fan. It makes me want to get the same one for my bedroom at home. Bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated and provided everything you would hope for with a long stay…like the comfort of home.The check in and check out processes could not have been easier. The living room TV screen is glitchy, but I wasn’t in Hawaii to watch TV anyway, so it was not a major inconvenience in any way. She has a very nice washer and dryer that I used during my stay. And the lanai was perfect for breakfast each morning. The location is amazing! I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend Faye’s condo to anyone looking to visit beautiful Wailea. Thank you Faye!
This very equipped condo had everything we could ask for - spacious updated design, quiet deck overlooking Wailea Blue Golf Course and centrally located - close to pool, shops and the beach, other golf courses and Kihei attractions like the food carts and beach.
Super clean and stocked 1 BR condo in the perfect location to enjoy Wailea/Kihei and take in Maui sightseeing.
Loved the condo, its amenities, clean and comfortable. Only downside is almost daily HOA maintenance, leaf blowers, mowers, etc. Also parking lot is right below master bedroom window. More noise.
Condo was perfect for our stay in Wailea. Great location walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, in a cute, well-maintained condo complex with lovely landscaping and right on the golf course. We very much appreciated the well-organized and stocked kitchen & bathrooms. Owner has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable! Bathrooms/kitchen were new and so nice. Owner communication was great. Would highly recommend this lovely condo - 10/10!
We’ve been fortunate to have visited Maui/ Wailea many times ; most often at the Palms or Champions. Faye’s unit is extremely well appointed and thoughtfully equipped for people who are in for a peaceful rest. While the Lanai has no ocean view it has perfect morning / eve sun and the tranquility of the golf course. We hope to beck soon
We love staying here...2nd time for us. Condo is just up the hill from all of the fancy Wailea resorts, so easy to access all of the beautiful beaches, golf courses and shopping areas. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, beach bag, towels in addition to a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. Very clear check-in/check-out directions with a notebook full of basic condo info and local suggestions.
Condo was bright and exceptionally clean. Very well stocked. Easy access. Would highly recommend.
Condo was as advertised, very comfortable and in a great area. Easy walking access to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed multiple days of golfing, beach and pool time. The pools and property are very well maintained.
My wife and I stayed at this condo in Grand Champions in Wailea during our wedding trip on Maui. It truly was the perfect space; it was comfortable, relaxing, and had everything we needed. We tried our best to take great care of it, following the guest guidelines. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to lay our heads every night.
Everything in this VRBO is exactly as advertised. The unit itself was spacious and clean. Very comfortable and an overall great place to stay.
This was our second time staying in this condo for a month and it was incredible! Clean and comfortable condo in a perfect location for beaches, walks, food, and drinks. Faye was incredibly attentive and helpful with all aspects of our stay. Hoping to stay again next summer!
Quiet and well maintained unit. Second floor unit is not suited for handicapped since there is no elevator. Mountain view overlooking a couple of fairways of the Wailea Blue course. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. 2 pools with a whirlpool. Owner was easy to communicate with and helpful.

Great location in Wailea--close to shopping, beaches and resorts. Just a short drive to numerous beaches, restaurants or Kihei. Faye has her place fully stocked with all the necessities and more including beach chairs, beach bag, towels and kitchen items. Very clean and quiet location. Enjoyed having breakfast on lanai overlooking golf course. Faye also gave us great restaurant and beach recommendations. She was very quick with all of her communication. We also enjoyed having two pools at Grand Champions--one was for adults only, which we enjoyed and used the hot tub nightly. Will definitely stay here again!
