Nice place, easy walking distance to so many things. I love the view here - it's a very urban (fun to watch the lights come on in the evening) with a peek-a-boo ocean / marina view. Hotel staff is great too. No issues whatsoever - I would deffinately stay here again ]
Convenient location for a quick stay in Oahu. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants, friendly staff.
Overall, I was happy with this property.
This property needs an upgrade. The sink was cracked. The couch was too dirty to sit on. I moved the couch because it was dirty and too close to the bed, and found trash underneath.
The location is great! Close to a huge outdoor mall, the main strip, parks and beach.
While the property itself was ok, the surrounding area was not the cleanest in Waikiki. The bigger issue we had was that the room was listed as 620sq ft, but it was actually closer to 300sq ft. Quite a difference and much too small for what we needed. We did request to leave from the owner, and he was generous enough to offer a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. I still think we were owed a little bit more than we got, but I appreciate the gesture.
Room was just like the photos. Some stuff will need updating, but great location, great pricing and very clean. Mahalo

the accomodation was a clean self contained room with facilities provided for your stay such as microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine fridge, crockery and cutlery etc.
is in a good location with ABC stores close by as well as Maccas and other fast food outlets,
the pink trolley to Alamoana is at the front door of the hotel or an easy walking distance.
For down town Waikiki, its only a 15 minute walk or the pink trolley
the down side is other guests at the hotel who smoke tobacco or cannabis products on their balconies which ruins the outdoor aspect for others

We enjoyed the location and our stay. It was close to everything we needed. Clean, convenient and enjoyable! We would come again in the future!
Good location. The Bus stops are almost in front of door. IHOP just off lobby. ABC store, McDonalds, Subway less than block away. Balcony faces almost due North. Can see a glimpse of ocean to left. Quiet room. Owner responded quickly to solve a couple minor issues. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Great room, very clean, and bed was very comfortable. Would rate the room 5 stars.
Everything was great, and it’s not the owner’s fault but just a note that unless you are able to find street parking, which we did not, parking was $31 per day.
