We were five adults in this lovely apartment, with modern kitchen, generous bedrooms and master suite, living room with large and comfy pull-out couch, and great outdoor patio, where we had meals, coffee and cocktails, except when we were out at the resort-style pool! No ocean view from this apartment, but it overlooks the pool, and swimming beaches (with sunning turtles) and rugged hiking cliffs within a short walk.
We would stay again.
My family of five adults felt this unit far exceeded our expectations! We were in Poipu for a family wedding and were able to host our extended family easily for dinner one night. It is newly renovated to very high quality and in pristine condition. There are lots of welcoming touches, like towels and beach chairs, a well-supplied kitchen, guide books to the area. The communication with the host was always prompt. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
Quiet, away from the streets and hustle. Easy walk to great beaches. Would stay again for sure!

Location is walkable to beaches
Beautiful place on lovely grounds overlooking the pool. Beds comfortable and a top notch kitchen. Short walk to the beach . My only complaint was we had a family above us whose kids screamed and ran around every morning at 530am. Nothing the property can control. I did find a box of earplugs provided by the rental which tells me its a common problem. It was predominantly in the master bedroom. Had I known about this issue, i would have booked elsewhere.
My mom and I stayed with my two young kids. Cannot say enough about this villa, it's comfortable, clean, and the location cannot be beat. It's a beautiful short walk to the beach. The pool is small, but never got too crowded. We booked a visit for next year while we were staying!
The property was beautiful. Tropical plants all around and landscaping was so well kept. The condo was top-notch from the decor/finishes to the appliances to the room and lanai sizes. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed other than paper towels. So great to have beach towels, beach chairs, laundry soap already there! The pool was lovely and the walk to the beach was reasonable at 7 minutes. The only downsides were the noisy people upstairs starting at 5:30 AM and the broken hot water faucets in the master bathroom sinks. There was a note with the parts yet it never was repaired, even after an email to management. I might recommend the 3rd floor if you don’t want to listen to upstairs neighbors.
The accommodations were spectacular and a god value for the money. Check in was easy. Location is pretty good with only a 10 -15 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.
