Place was simple with a great view and prime location. Lots of stuff within walking distance, but the included parking pass was awesome too as parking in the city is definitely not cheap (50/day). Had almost everything we needed for the perfect beach days (cooler, chairs, snorkel masks, only 2 beach towels though). Kitchen and bathroom/shower were clean and got lots of use during our stay. Just need to get some mattress toppers for the beds because they are super stiff - my parents actually slept on the futon instead because it seemed comfier! Overall, great place and would stay again. :)

Four family members used it. The view is also superb. The toilet comes with a washlet. There is no problem with the water pressure in the shower. The veranda door was quite heavy.

Everything was awesome. Could not have asked for more. Free parking was an added plus. Easy access to parking garage. Room had everything we needed. Will most definitely be staying here again!!

Nice condo. Great location, 2 blocks from the beach. I loved that parking and WiFi were included. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus.

妻、子供2名の計4人で宿泊しました。駐車場無料、Wifiも快適でした。部屋の電気が全体的に暗いので、次回からは現地でライトを購入しようと思います。滞在中は、2階のパーキングが改装していたり、サウナが改装中で使用できなっかたりしましたが、それ以外は満足です。事前のアナウンスがあればなお最高でした。

I always stay at Waikiki Banyan when I visit Oahu. Convenience to the beach, and everything you can do on Kalakaua Ave is great. The parking and wifi to go with these condos is great too. This unit is very nice clean other than dusty walls in kitchen. Beds and futon aren't comfortable. Very easy check in, as you get a key code to the door. I will say if you're staying at the Waikiki Banyan and driving a large SUV or Truck the parking is not great for that. This visit we had a larger vehicle than we usually get. We had 5 adults with lots of luggage. We had a GMC Yukon Xl. Finding parking in the parking garage wasn't easy. There is only the lower level for parking large vehicles. And unfortunately this building does not specify to other drivers with small vehicles to save the spaces on lower level for large vehicles. There was a couple times I had to wait for a car to leave to park. But other than that issue Waikiki Banyan is a great place to stay.

Beautiful view, equipped with everything and very clean. Will stay again! Only downside we experienced is it’s on one of the top floors and the fire alarm goes off quite frequently from what the front desk agent said. Was a morning workout for sure!

Location is good (1 block from the beach), but most of buildings in Waikiki are close to the beach, so not that much of an advantage compared to others.
I found a bag of candy under my bed from somebody that have stayed there before me so I don't think it was really clean.
The towels are old, I didn't see any beach towels, shampoo and soap provided is for like 3 days.
The kitchen had the minimum: for example: no salt available.
The unit is on the 35th floor so be prepared to wait during the morning to get an elevator. Also, we had a fire drill, so we had to go down by foot 35 floors at 9pm (luckily it was not in the middle of the night).
Parking is convenient and WiFi worked.

The condo was clean and looks exactly like in the photos.Both double beds were comfortable.Nice complete kitchen: rice cooker, lots of pans and utensils, ice maker in the freezer, and the electric water kettle were a plus!Fast WiFi connection. Free parking included. The parking garage is very tight and low but it will fit a minivan and a full size SUV, as long as the car height is less than 72 inches.Bathroom is a little small and outdated. Nice Toto bidet.There were only 2 beach towels for 4 guests, so we had to purchase 2 extra beach towels for our family.There is one laundry room per floor w/ 1 washer and 1 dryer. The washer on our floor was out of service during our stay but we just went to the other floors to do the laundry.Nice location: the beach is 2 blocks away, there are several ABC stores in the area and 1 Starbucks inside the Marriot on the same street.The Waikiki Banyan is an old building and the elevator can be slow.Overall, we enjoyed the condo and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Waikiki.
