It was a beautiful property that had a great ocean view, great walking path, beautiful pools, a little tiki hut to get drinks and nice workout facility. Staff were very pleasant at check in. The condo had a lot of space for our family. It felt very safe and quiet.
The condo was perfect for our family trip with our daughter’s family. The condo was equipped with toddler needs and beach assessories. The property and location was also perfect. We had a wonderful trip and really appreciate the use of the condo!

Our family had the most amazing time in Kapolei! Big thank you to Michael and Susie and all the staff we’ve come across during our stay. The villa, the views, the property, the pools - everything was gorgeous! And super clean! Michael and Susie were great hosts! We can’t wait for our next visit and will for sure hoping to stay here again. :)
Great host and location is perfect!
Our youngest recently married and we celebrated with this trip. We had 6 of us most of the week and 8 for one night in our space. The resort was beautiful and view was great. I’m glad we only had one night on sleeper sofa, that was rough. We also enjoyed meals on the lanai but the oven and cook top took forever to heat. And the dead plants need to be removed. The large table inside was great for games but the chairs need new foot pads because they are heavy and make Terrible noise when you pull them out. The carpet could be cleaned or replaced soon but the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs. We would definitely come back.
This was a beautiful place that provided all we wanted from our vacation. Relaxing with pool and beach access, quiet at night, yet a convenient location to get to Waikiki and all of Oahu’s other attractions.
This resort is beautiful! We loved being away from the busy Waikiki area. We did end up traveling about 45 min to a hour most days to go see various parts of the island. Traffic can be challenging, but that’s expected with any large city. For us, it was worth the drive time to stay in a more peaceful, relaxing and less crowded location. The lagoons are perfect for families with younger kids with no waves. We loved the pool area and our two youngest always looked forward to Koi feeding time. Having coffee in the morning and dinner on the large patio was absolute bliss. We had everything we needed for cooking all meals in the kitchen. The unit has plenty of beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear and boogie boards. All beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful property and unit. The staff is amazing and the host/owners were very quick to reply with any questions we had. Don’t hesitate, just book this rental, you won’t regret it!
Great location for a family vacation. The children love the pool and having access to the ocean just feet away gives everyone options to have fun. Our room was the perfect size for eight. We cooked most of our meals and having the BBQ was handy.
We had a wonderful trip and the accommodations were perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. We hope to be back again!
This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. It was so quiet and peaceful! The lagoon was so calm and our kids could swim with no fear. We went to wakiki honolulu and north shore but all the people id never want to stay there. This location was worth every penny we spent!
This Villa was one of the most exquisite and enjoyable experiences I have had on a vacation. The Villa with 3 bedroom, 3 baths, enormous balcony and more than enough living space for our party of 6 allowed us all to be very comfortable. The resort had a beautiful pool and grounds which we took advantage of every day! The location was perfect as Ko Olina is one of the quieter areas on the island yet within a short drive to everything! Highly recommend the Beach Villas and this unit in particular!
We loved our stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Our condo was perfect for our family of eight. Shane did a great job of greeting us when we arrived and made sure we had all the details to make our stay a success. We loved the ease of booking this beach view property.
If you’re looking for a quiet escape that’s still conveniently located this is a great option. Lots of beach necessities, great appliances and comfortable (couches, beds, pillows). Those deep soaker tubs are amazing! Sitting on the lanai you can relax and either watch the sun rise or set. Would definitely stay again!
I highly recommend this property. Michael and Susie were easy to communicate with ahead of time. The property manager met us at check-in and explained everything. The layout of the condo and balcony can't be beat. The pool area is fabulous and it's just a few steps away from the beach.
Property is beautiful and right on beach. Having the 3 bedrooms for space is wonderful. I will say the beach supplies ( chair and swim towels) do need some replacements. Also it was a little disappointing that the master bedroom did not have a duvet/comforter between the sheets. Not sure why the other bedrooms did but the master didn't. We went out and purchased a duvet for the bed and new pillows as they ones there also should be replaced and had no substance anymore. Other than that space was perfect for the family. Thank you
This was a really nice space for our group of 6 adults and one toddler. Nice balcony, beautiful space. For families traveling with young kids, the wading pool, pond with koi fish (kids invited to help feed fish 2x/day), and adjacent lagoon beach are all fun amenities. For adults, there are beachside walking/running paths, pools, and a bar in the pool area with drinks, food, live music – and a great view of the sunset.Ample beach gear, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and even snorkels provided. We appreciated the fantastic beach toys and supplies – including a bucket and shovel.The main bedroom closet was big enough to set up the pack-n-play for our toddler (with door cracked and a fan for airflow), which was very convenient. There was even a toddler potty.The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans. Note oven issue below.The in-unit washer dryer worked well, and detergent was provided.Negatives: (1) The oven was verrrry slow to pre-heat – an hour to pre-heat to cook fish. (2) Location is inconvenient to Honolulu. The commute is 40 min to 1 hr each way, depending on time of day.
Unit was clean and well-stocked with linens, check in and check out were easy, communicating with hosts was a breeze, no complaints with the villa or hosts at all.
I do have some issues with the property. This was our fourth visit to the Beach Villas, and we had some frustrations. Posted rules were not enforced at the Lagoon Pool: lots of ball throwing, kids on boogie boards and inflatables in the pool, people reserving chairs with towels and then leaving for the beach for hours - generally inconsiderate behavior by fellow pool-users, that property management did not act to discourage. But if you leave a towel to dry on a chair on the balcony of your unit you'll get a note under the door - management was all over that!
Also, while I was very glad to see an extended menu at Makai Hale (the beach bar), there was never more than one bartender staffing the bar, and at peak times the line would be 30+ minutes long. Shout out to Mindy working so hard so many days in a row! Would be nice if the bar could be staffed by more than one person at lunch time.
This 3 bedroom apartment exceeded my expectations. Lovely bedrms with their own bathroom and nicely appointed kitchen. Very clean and welcoming. The balcony overlooked the amazing pool area and we had many meals on it. We were greeted by Shane who is wonderful and responsive. Check-in was a breeze. The apartment had many beach and pool accessories/toys. There was even a stroller in one of the bedroom closets.This side of the island is more remote and quiet but the town of Kapolei is only several minutes away with Costco, Walmart, Target and numerous grocery stores. Highly recommend this apartment.
Really beautiful place, very spacious. The amenities close at 9 but that worked great for us. Quiet area, beach was also very nice.
We had a great time here! The whole week we were there it rained, many of our reservations were cancelled but we were still able to have a great vacation at the pool and lagoon!

We stayed for a family wedding nearby, and it was a great place to stay and be with our family as well as use as a base for exploring Oahu.
We were a party of seven (my parents and kids) and everyone enjoyed our stay in the villa. The lagoon was just awesome - better than Hanauma bay bc there were lots of fishes while not crowded at all. My kids loved playing in the pool. I would love to go back sometime.
The location & amenities made bringing our Dads ashes back to Haleiwa so much more special - there were 60 of us sharing this event & family legacy. Shane was a great help!!!
This condo is great! It was myself, my husband and 3 grown kids (34, 31, 27). The place feels like a resort with the pools and hot tubs. (We did not use the sauna or steam room) The beach/lagoon is perfect! There is no worries about big waves or under tow, just relaxing and the views are gorgeous. The condo itself is good, we had just one problem, the oven took an hour and 45 minutes to preheat twice. It put a damper on preparing dinner. I was going to call maintenance but my daughter heard someone else complaining about it so i didnt bother and we had no real plans to cook again. We walked down to the Marriott Longboards and it was delicious. Our last night we watched the sunset and it was unbelievable. We should have done it alot more. Staying at Ko Olina is a drive any where you might want to go for activities or sight seeing (except their marina, we did a catermran/snorkel trip from Ko Olina marina and it was great), but I knew that going into our vacation. The beach villas is just perfect! I personally can not wait to go again.

The condo is lovely with excellent views. We appreciated the amenities such as beach towels, chairs, etc. Communication was not good between the front desk and our cleaning person who greeted us and got us oriented to the property. We were directed to the wrong parking space and immediately received a ticket citation. The next day we had another ticket on the windshield because one of the car tires was on the white line of the parking stall. We also received a ticket for leaving a towel on the lanai overnight. All of these occurrences were honest mistakes, not intentional. It made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the property.
The condo and location were fantastic, and the owners had excellent communication. I'm not giving a 5 star rating due to the very small parking spaces and excessive ticketing by the property management. This is in no way a reflection on the owners
