This condo has every amenity and is in a great location. Walking distance to several beaches, restaurants, and shopping. I really loved enjoying the beautiful ocean views from the balcony and every room.
Fully equipped condo at a great location overlooking the ocean, between two beautiful beaches and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Saw turtles swimming from the condo balcony daily.
Always a lovely unit to stay in. We love the Royal Mauian for it's quiet, proximity to everything we love to do while on Maui and the stunning views.
Completely equipped kitchen and everything we needed for the beach was already there. This is the nicest condo we've ever stayed in anywhere in Hawaii.

This unit had an incredible view and location. So close to the beach, ocean, restaurants and everything else we needed. Sleeping with the windows open was so great. Listening to the waves right below you made for extremely relaxing spot
This is a beautiful property, well maintained. The best thing about it is the beautiful view & the sound of the surf lulling you to sleep. We never needed the A/C because the cross breeze was so cool. The proximity to two beaches & the shops & restaurants across the street made it a perfect location. I’d definitely give it 5 stars!!
The property was wonderful. Anxious to get back. Owner thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable.
We have stayed in this complex four times now. This location is great and this unit was good. However, there was a disconnect with the property owner and the cleaner crew. They demanded we check out at 10am and after looking at the paper work there are two times of 10am and 11am on our final confirmation emails. Also cleaning had a large list of items for us to do that took time before we were to leave and it really hampered the end of our trip. I did message the owner and he let me know we didn't have to do those things but it was too late as we spent the morning doing them rather than enjoying paradise. That along with the older and kind of gross smelling towells was the only complaint. Again great location but we will be looking at another unit next time. Yes, we did try to get with the owner afterwards he did not offer to make anything right. I did try for a week after the trip before giving an honest review.
The property was exactly as described. Fantastic views from lanai, convenient to two beaches, easy walking distance to great eating and shops. It was clean and interaction with the local representative was cheerful and helpful. The owner made a questionable choice with the white leather couch and loveseat (and related requests to keep them covered), and A/C units can make lanai uncomfortably warm, but it was a very positive experience. Highly recommended!
Love the Royal Mauian condos and this unit is on 6th floor. Stellar views of ocean and sunsets, turtles in AM, snorkeling access and beach access, great places ot shop and eat super close by. Def. will stay again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. As others have mentioned, you can’t beat the view from the lanai and bedroom: the ocean only steps away, Kamaole I beach, and the west Maui mountains all framed by palm trees. The condo was very well furnished with everything we needed, including high end appliances, comfortable furniture, and beach equipment. Small details such as high quality tissue were also provided. We only needed the air conditioning once during our stay, as the cross breeze through the condo was very pleasant. It was also convenient to be able to walk to plenty of good restaurants. Finally, we appreciated the detailed instructions on how to operate the TV. I highly recommend this place!
