We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect size for our group and the view was beautiful. We felt safe on the property and loved the location. Only complaint and it’s not even really a complaint. We wanted to iron some clothes for a nice dinner, however, the ironing board in the unit was broken and not usable. Overall a fabulous stay and we look forward to returning in the near future.

Amazing time in Kaua’i - this property is such a perfect location - you can get to the south or north side easily - the pool and beach were perfect. We were celebrating our daughter’s highschool graduation. We did an activity each day and relaxed by the pool or ocean in the afternoons - will definitely have to visit again!
The property was gorgeous, just a short drive from the airport and close to many conveniences; stores, restaurants, activities. Everything in our unit was so clean, even the tracks of the sliding doors and screens were clean. We used the washer and dryer on our last full day and they worked beautifully. Stove, dishwasher, refrigerator all worked great. There were plenty of towels for everyone (which I have found is something that you cannot always assume to be the case), including in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and I slept like a rock every night. The pool was amazing and grounds were impeccable. Very short walk to the beach/ocean, which was visible from our room and a wonderful bonus. Everything was meticulous. There were 3 balconies on this 2 bedroom unit. One off of one of the bedrooms that is big enough for 2 chairs, one off the family room that is large enough to stand on, and another off of the family room that connects to the master bedroom that is large enough for a table and 4 chairs. Lovely.If you're looking for a quiet property and a relaxing vacation, this is it. There is obviously the sounds from families enjoying the pool during the day, but the evenings are very peaceful. Tiki torches are lit around the pool at night that add to the atmosphere. Beautiful.
This has been the 4th time we have stayed at this resort. It has a great central location where almost everything is not a very long drive away.
The condo is beautiful inside with a great view of the beach. Everything we could have needed was there— coolers and beach chairs too.We arrived to a storm that knocked out the AC— took a few days that unfortunately made us leave our doors open. The doors opened meant we had to hear the pool gate every time someone went through. That gate needs to be repaired with all things to make it quiet.

What a great condo. We had plenty of room and the pool was awesome. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.
This is our third time at this property and first time in this condo and we loved it! Very comfortable and well appointed. Communication was wonderful as well.

The property and location were perfect. Central to many great places to eat and drive to. The condo was just the right size for my family of 5. The process to check-in was so easy. The host was quick to communicate with us.

We had a wonderful family vacation. There were eight of us 18 and over and we all fit comfortably. The location was perfect! Highly recommend!
One of the nicest rentals we have had. Everything was spotless and complete. They even had beach chairs (2)! The kids loved the pool and slides. The manager let us stay past normal check out time because our flight was later. All in all, a perfect stay!

We were very happy our stay. The condo fit our family of 6 just fine. The air conditioner worked great & beds were comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps a couple extra pillows that are fluffy. The location is great, with a short drive or walk to everything we did. Being able to walk to Safeway was so helpful. Downtown Kapaa, parks, & the bike path are all very close. Our unit faced toward the pool/ocean and it was very peaceful. Communication with owners was great. We would stay here again.

This is a great condo. It was very clean and the photos depict it accurately. The place was spacious for my family of 4. My boys loved the pool, slides and hot tubs. The beach is just ok, there is a lot of coral and rocks near the shore so it is great for wading, not so much for swimming.
A dream resort for a family!! My only wish about is… I wish the pool was heated. The pool is colder than the ocean water. Still so fun though. Also, they have 3 hot tubs. One is for kids and it’s shears full to the max!! The other two you have to be 16 to get in. I wish it was 14. I think a 14 year old is plenty mature enough to sit in a hot tub with adults. It sucked for my 15 year old to sit amoungst toddlers in a hot tub.
We loved our time and stay! It was just what we needed. We were there with other family members celebrating milestone birthdays. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub every day. The room was a perfect size for our family of 5 and had everything we needed. The location of the resort was ideal for exploring the island. We can’t wait to go back!
This was the perfect family friendly spot. The condo was beautiful, well-equipped, clean, comfortable, spacious, and bright. The resort amenities (pool, restaurant, spa, beach) were top notch. Great location in Kapaa-between the North and South coasts.
