We were all shocked at just how amazing this place is. You couldn't ask for more. The property itself is visually stunning, and the large, water-front, wrap-around outdoor space is unbelievable. This is probably the only place we'd ever consider renting again because it's hard to imagine ever finding something better with more access to amenities, points of interest, etc.To put it in perspective, I can barely remember where we stayed at our last trips to the island because they were just places to sleep while we enjoyed the island. But remembering this trip will always start with "that awesome VRBO we rented."
Spent nine days at the condo. Amazing location and views. Lots of room and good amenities, enjoyed the pool table. Tree in the front of the deck detracted from the view but really not a big deal. Enjoyed watching whales and dolphins.
Amazing view and super spacious two bedroom. Central air was a huge plus and kept the entire place cool. The lanai was the highlight and the biggest that I’ve seen at the property. Watching the whales from inside the condo or outside was amazing. 10 out of 10!
Very spacious nice layout with beautiful decor. The balcony is huge and an amazing place to hang out. Really liked how spacious it was and the pool table. All the wood furniture was so unique. Parking is very close to front door. Enjoyed having the 2 pool options
Well appointed unit with killer views!
This unit was way bigger than the pictures made it look. Falling asleep to the ocean waves and waking up to a beautiful sky each morning was just amazing. Relaxing outside on the massive lanai was always nice. And it's an easy 20 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. Wouldn't change a thing.
Beautiful vista of the ocean!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The views are beautiful and you can't get much closer to the ocean. The two pools both had views of the ocean (standing views) and our family enjoyed them each day. The lanai is very large and there is plenty of room and furniture for your family, although one thing to note is that the lanai is not in any way private. The condo had plenty of beach towels, bath towels, blankets, etc. Also included were beach chairs and ice chests. The beach umbrella that was provided was broken, but they promptly brought a replacement the next day. There was an issue with lots of fruit flies in the kitchen, but other than that the condo was very clean. We did have trouble getting in touch with the property management and left two voicemails that went unanswered, but we were able to contact the owner and they were quick to respond and assist. Overall lovely stay and we would definitely return.
The property was clean. The check in was easy. The lanai was amazing. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Located about 1-1.8 miles just south of the center of downtown Kailua-Kona on Ali'i Hwy - this was an awesome spot on the west side of the Big Island! Incredible sunsets from the back porch (which wrapped around the entire corner of the building) and no road noise at all because of the distance from Ali'i Hwy to the unit - which is at the ocean's edge. We could hear the ocean from both bedrooms and it was incredibly relaxing and tranquil! We played pool on the billiard table almost nightly, used the fully equipped kitchen, and the washer and dryer regularly. Our family of four was quite comfortable in this spacious unit!!! We would love to have stayed even longer than the 8 nights we were there and hope to be back sooner than later! Mahalo!
The property had amazing ocean views from the huge lanai. We enjoyed watching whales and dolphins from our unit. The condo had everything we could need and more. So nice to have the washer and drier. Also appreciated the multitude of beach towels. I will recommend this place to friends and would stay here again.
This property was wonderful. We were looking for a place right on the water and this condo delivered. The unit was well appointed and made a perfect base to enjoy the island.
We could not have asked for a greater view. The large wrap around large porch area allowed all eight of us lots of room when watch for whales or when the cruse ships came in. The pool table was the favorite activity in the evening when we were not out watching the sun sink into the ocean. Just gorgeous and make sure you video it. We highly recommend this luxurious property to all. The only comment was from the young adults that could not log into the wifi because the special character was a period and they totally missed it on the instructions. The 69 yr old had to show them how it's done.
