Great condo , fabulous location. Warm wood floors, lovely art, felt more like a home. Perfect for my husband and I and our teen son. Fabulous to have the one hotel next-door, which we had many meals. Walking distance to multiple beaches, although they are steep Hills so the beaches are not ideal for those with mobility issues. Not a concern for us. Will be back.
The pictures don’t do this place justice. The views are incredible. The terrace is huge. Spent hours watching surfers and whales from there. Also spent a lot of time at Pu’u Poa beach next door. Lots of steps but all paved and a less treacherous trek than Hideaway Beach. The condo itself is really well equipped, everything very high quality. I cooked multiple nights and it had everything I needed. I almost didn’t book this place because of the ugly sofa in the pictures. That sofa’s not even there now. Replaced by a much nicer one. So glad I chose it, spent an unforgettable 8 days there..
We were two 79 and 81 guys (hetero sexual), celebrating our birthdays in Kauai. In addition, I was celebrating life after cancer. The location was perfect. Next door to the 1Hotel..The beds were great, the living room furniture is dated, tired and uncomfortable. The TV adequate. In general a wonderful place to stay for 10 days.
Our family of 4 loved our stay here. Plenty of room for all of us, very clean, amazing views and a great location close to everything we wanted to explore. Highly recommend!

Our host was very accommodating after a very stressful situation regarding the Hoa. He managed to make it right with very positive results. Loved the unit and especially the lanai! Would definitely come back to this unit!
We had a wonderful time! Furniture was more updated than in pictures. A pleasant surprise. The bathrooms were dated, but functional. The location can’t be beat!
This was an ideal place to stay - beautiful condo, with upgraded amenities and decor, comfortable king size bed, good shower. Everything was thoughtfully placed and the best part was the fabulous views of the ocean. The property felt so private and we loved the ability to walk to the nearby amazing beaches as well as The Hotel right next door with their restaurants and gorgeous views. We are already planning for when we can return to this exact site- it was well worth the money and felt like a home away from home. Thanks to the owners for notifying through Vrbo site the key code to get in was different than the one Vrbo posted in communication to us. Would recommend first arriving before it’s dark as there wasn’t much light to see at the entrance. But as soon as we were there it was so worth the trip to be there and then we took a big inhale and exhale to aloha and had a most relaxing vacation. Thank you again!
We love staying at Pua Poa, it’s perfect for staying with kids. Ideal location for ease and beauty. The view cannot be beat and it is luxury at its finest.
We didn't have enough days at the property (do you ever though) but enjoyed the space and the view when we could! Always rainbows to see off the lanai and it is in a very peaceful area. We would certainly stay here again if we get to travel back to Kauai! Property manager responded immediately when we had a hangup getting in on arrival which was great!
We had a great time at the condo - the views are amazing. The lanai is very spacious with a table and umbrella for outside dining and two lounge chairs. The primary bedroom is very large as is the bathroom. The second bedroom is also good sized. The kitchen was well equipped for us - we did not cook much. We really liked the wood floors throughout, which made the space much warmer. We were able to drop our bags early, which was helpful as we had a late afternoon permit to hike and did not want to leave bags in the car. We walked to both the Hideway Beach and the beach next to the One Hotel, both are beautiful. The condo has tennis courts, which our adult children used. It's an easy trip to Hanalei for meals and a grocery store is within 10 minutes. We were in Kauai during March madness and appreciated the large TV in the living room to watch the games. The sound of the sea was the only sound we heard at night. A beautiful spot!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in this beautiful condo. It was exactly as pictured and described and we will miss it when we check out shortly. The location was excellent and we just could not get enough of hearing the waves all night. Excellent cross breezes kept us comfortable. Well-stocked and we utilized the great grocery store right down the road. Plenty of space for our family of four and we got a lot of use out of the spacious lanais and the pool too. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future. Mahalo!

The location in Princeville is really stunning - private deck with bbq and chairs for sunning (If the sun shines) or for just looking at the surf break and the whales. Love that the pool is at one end of the complex so no noise. Unit is well equipped and we loved the big TV with all possible channels available to watch a show after dinner. We had lots of fun exploring the island of Kauai and playing golf at the Makai course.
Other than no toilet paper. It was fantistic.
Condo is well appointed with stunning ocean views and it was so relaxing to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. Would definitely stay here again. Lovely walks every morning. We left feeling invigorated and renewed!
This was our first time to Kauai and this unit was beautiful and a quiet area to stay in, it was all that was advertised. The owners were so easy to work with and we would stay here again. There are so many things in the area to do and many beaches in the northern part of the island. We have been to the other Hawaiian Islands before but this is the best one by far.
