Come stay in our luxurious 3rd FLOOR, WRAP-AROUND CORNER OCEANFRONT condo, and you will never want to leave! 5 bath and is fully furnished with TWO Faily new AC UNITS. The condo is located right on world-famous Kahana Bay, a 5 min drive from either Kaanapali Beach or Kapalua Bay and just south of Napili.
The condo boasts a fabulous 40 foot WRAP AROUND LANAI which is accessible from the living room/dining room and master bedroom. This provides a 270 deg view of the islands of Molokai & Lanai, also overlooking the pool area. The oceanis so close you can literally throw a stone into the water from the deck.
This location is ideal for whale watching (in season) or observing the turtle activity in the shallow waters. It is not on the windy/shaded side of the building. It also has unobstructed views, so you are not staring at another building, just beautiful water, islands, and unbelievable sunsets and rainbows.
Our remodeled condo has new cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, lighting, and fixtures in the kitchen & all 3 baths, plus tile floors. Master bath shower has large tiles, including a seat inside the shower! For TV & movies, a 65" FLAT-SCREEN in living room, and also a 60" flat screen TV in the master bdrm, with Blu-ray. Also a 50" flat screen TV in the guest room. The vinyl flooring is new throughout the condo, and a lovely new couch has been delivered. We have new drapes with liners and the windows have just been tinted to cut out the glare from the afternoon sun. This also keeps the heat out so the AC will run more efficiently.
The Royal Kahana Resort is located on the beautiful West Coast of Maui in Kahana Bay, and is surrounded by Maui's spectacular natural beauty. The lobby has been completely remodeled, with an on-sight CONCIERGE DESK located in the large sitting area, enabling you to book all your fun activities! Lounge on our grassy front lawn with plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing or poolside. BBQ poolside ( 5 BBQ's available, first come first served). Whale watching from the lanai (in season). Our unit is an excellent choice for families or couples wanting a comfortable unit with great views and amenities, and most importantly value. No expensive daily resort fees or parking fees added. A much more pleasant option than staying in a hotel.
Just steps away awaits an ocean of recreation. With our PRIME-LOCATION, the Royal Kahana offers swimming, snorkeling, surfing and paddle boarding in the sparkling Pacific Waters that splash its shoreline. You can swim in the heated pool or sun yourself on the deck or on the lawn fronting the building.
NOTE: Direct beach access from our property is sometimes limited due to environmental conditions out of our control, and may change without notice. When closed, access is available just a short walk from our property. It is suggested that guests call the Royal Kahana Resort for up-to-date shoreline conditions.
We have a newly re-decorated HEALTH/FITNESS ROOM, ping pong, shuffleboard and a beachfront pool that has also just been renovated.
Imagine a beautiful beach front location that has NO RESORT FEES. We also offer FREE SECURE WI-FI in our own unit as well and free Wi-Fi in the lobby and pool areas. 00 per vehicle per night.

Perfect location for watching whales and turtles from a wonderful ocean front wrap-around balcony. Very clean and spacious. You definitely want to book another stay here.

It was extremely easy to book, arrive, and enjoy this property and I'm disappointed I hadnt stayed here earlier. The 2.5 baths are a plus for larger groups and the huge lanai is amazing during whale season. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee and the coded door lock was quick to learn. Recent updates are noticeable and appreciated. Someone did back into our rental car while we were there and there are no cameras of that area, This is the first time this has happened to us, but be mindful of the narrow parking spots.

We rented this oceanfront 2 bdrm condo in Kahana, Maui for 2 couples. The layout was perfect and the views were some of the best we've had in several trips to Maui. The unit truly is oceanfront with a wrap-around deck. The kitchen is a small galley style but fully functional. There is a small dining table and a large common area with lots of seating. The bedrooms worked well for 2 couples (we had the twins arranged as a king in the 2nd bdrm and it was quite comfortable).There was no beach in front of the condo (there were large sandbags to prevent erosion) but there is a nice beach within a couple minutes walk. We visited in January so there was a lot of whale activity to watch and several sea turtles swimming below the balcony. We spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings enjoying watching the whale and turtle activity from the balcony.The condo complex doesn't have a lot of amenities you might find at a resort but there are restaurants and bars within a close walk. The owners did have a couple boogie boards and 4 beach chairs that we took advantage of. There is also a activities concierge downstairs in the lobby (we booked an awesome snorkeling trip to Molokini with Four Winds). Whalers General Store across the street had most of the essentials at surprisingly reasonable prices. For more variety you can drive to Safeway in north Lahaina or further afield is Walmart and Costco in Kahului near the airport (a good place to stock-up after leaving the airport).

Condo was as advertised, kitchen was pretty well stocked with cooking utinsels. The condo staff was nice and helpful when needed. The balcony is amazing and huge, a great place to spend your evenings and mornings.

Saw a lot of blow outs from the whales from the deck! The wrap around deck was awesome. The tv controls were tricky, so we just watched on demand tv, which was totally fine

Renee was fantastic to work with. Very responsive to our questions and accommodating.
The unit was clean, well equipped, and right on the ocean with amazing views. We spent our nights falling asleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the shore. Location was great and close to area activities. Weather was fantastic. It was difficult to get on the plane and leave!
Would highly recommend this unit and we look forward to a return trip!

We loved our views and the lanai going around the corner with room plus every window had the view of the water. We saw Whales daily blowing and rolling. Diving. Be sure you have binoculars!! Also the Old LaHaina Luau is rebuilt and better than ever. The show &food was spectacular. Our trip to Hana, whale excursion, & the sunrise At Haleakala was the highlight.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the condo is perfect for a family with older children. The balcony provided an unprecedented view of both -- Lanai and Molokai. We loved watching the whales, too. The property was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The communication with the owner was seamless. We look forward to staying here again!

Positives: great location, close to everything on the west. The views are as good as they get. Saw lots of turtles and whales just sitting on the lanai. Building is being renovated but we were not bothered by noise. Pool area is great too.
We had some issues with the unit but the owner worked hard to correct them. She was responsive and attentive. Issues were out of the owner’s control but contributed to this not being a 5 star. I would recommend staying here because of the amazing view (seriously the best!), location, and owner’s speedy response to our concerns.

This unit is in a great location, can’t beat the view! While there was some electrical issues that the entire building was dealing with which set us back a bit, it was of no fault of the owners and they were great staying in touch the entire time.
Loved watching the whales and just listening to the ocean hit the shore.

Property is overall a bit dated but they are currently renovating. CONS-no place to charge electric vehicle, condo is showing minor signs of wear and tear(sliding screen door would fall off tracks, window sills need painting ect... PROS-Best view in the bldg. We stayed Feb 16-26 and can’t count how many whales and turtles we saw right in front of balcony. 3 bathrooms, newer TV’s, comfy beds, quite atmosphere, pool nicely heated, host was great to deal with. Overall would recommend to friends and family.

Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Welcome basket was very handy since we arrived late. Awesome views, balcony overlooks the beach and sunset and we whale watched from the balcony. At this time of year, beach was very small, but better beach only 5 min drive away.
