Of the houses and hotels that we stayed at while on an extended trip to multiple islands, this was my favorite and it it is all due to the amazing porch. I could spend every day of my life on this lanai! The sound of the crashing waves, watching turtles and surfers every day while sipping coffee in the provided bathrobe, just perfection! The location was great for easy drives to beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc but, honestly, it was hard to leave.
Our family of 11 loved this spacious home with a beautiful view! Well designed for large groups - 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, ample seating and sleeping options. The large lanai was our favorite part. The perfect getaway!
Beautiful view, terrific porch overlooking the water. Nice open space for family to hang out. Air conditioning worked well in main room but poorly in bedrooms. Wi-fi also spotty in back bedrooms (twins and queens). Had multiple issues (air conditioning, electrical, plumbing) with the house during the stay but property management was responsive.
Property is amazing! Watching whales, turtles & dolphins from the lanai is magical! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare & serve meals! Can’t wait to go back!
I can’t say enough about this place and our stay in Kauai. We have a family of 10 - teenagers to grandparents and all loved our vacation and did not want to leave. We cooked almost every night and the house had all that we needed. But the lanai overlooking the ocean was our highlight. We spent almost all our time out there. And even saw whales and sea turtles. A remarkable sight. I would highly recommend this stay.
Ten of us stayed at Hale Ilikai and we all enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and very comfortable. We used the kitchen a lot and everything worked well. We had one question while we were there and response was quick and very helpful. The view is amazing- really beautiful. We spent so much time on the porch and ate breakfast there every morning. Wonderful way to start the day. On top of all that, location was really convenient. We had a great time.
This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. There is a front lawn and hot tub and ocean views from 2 bedrooms and the living room. We had all our meals on the spacious lanai. What a wonderful time we had here in this beautiful house!
Firstly, parishkauai is awesome. The nicest people and so accommodating. All in all they made this trip so nice. Everyone loved it in my family. Something to do for two year olds to over 75. The house was perfect and worked out perfectly for everyone in my family. We would definitely do it again!! If you have the opportunity, don’t hesitate!!
This property was everything plus more that what we imagined before getting there. The front grassy area out front overlooking the ocean and waves was the best. The rocking chairs on the deck were so relaxing to spent time after a day exploring the island. I can’t say enough good things about this property and we will be bringing the family back to stay here again soon.
This property is beautiful, spacious, peaceful, luxurious, and in a very perfect location. We had a wonderful stay!
This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom oceanfront house was just as advertised, and just as nice. It was a very convenient location, yet also very private and quiet. We spent a lot of time on the large veranda on the oceanfront which had rocking chairs for a great place to relax watching and listening to the waves. We even spotted a few whales. There was also a large table for meals and games, lots of other chairs and sofas, and even lounge chairs on the grass down on the oceanfront.
We had a few minor issues, and the property management company was always reachable and responsive when we called.
P.S. Kauai has lots of chickens and roosters, and we had our own personal alarm clocks!
Our party had 4 couples and a 4 yr old. The kitchen is very well equipped, the lanai is large and wonderful, and the common rooms spacious. There are 2 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a room with two queens and another with twin beds that can be pushed together into king bed configuration, both with en-suites. The fifth bedroom has a king bed with bathroom around the corner in the hall. Everyone reported that their beds were comfortable.
The management company, Parrish Kuaui, was excellent to work with and very responsive to our questions and requests.
