This is a beautiful and comfortable condo equipped with everything we needed for our month-long stay. The outdoor space is also beautiful with nice views of the bay and whale watching right from the lanai. Conveniently located and easy to get anywhere on the island.
We had a wonderful Christmas Maui vacation in this condo unit. beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. It is off the major crowded area which makes it nice and quiet. The complex has easy beach access with much fewer people and we spent many hours snorkeling, swimming and relaxing. Host Deb is gracious, I accidentally left some items she is sending back to me.
On arrival the property was dishelved and messy; elevators were covered in mud, dirt and water. Ferrell cats were everywhere, even on the door step of our "condo". There are was what looked like a water-sewage treatment pool in the parking lot. The apartment itself was clean and well-appointed but couldn't make up for what looked like an affordable home complex. Now, in fairness our original Expedia reservation was cancelled due to a short-term housing issues (or other isues unknown) and we were trying to replace a "like" reservation, however despite the inexpensive price point, I wouldn't suggest this location to anyone visting Maui. It is far from anything (activities, beaches, Wailea & Kapalua) and is a dirty "apartment" atmosphere with load people in the parking lot late at night, and scetchy animals and people roaming around. Our family didn't feel safe at all and now understand that some pictures on VRBO may paint a nice picture but aren't accurate until you actually visit the property.

We love staying here! It’s the perfect location near the harbor, beautiful private beach and pool, comfortable bed and furnishings, and all the beach gear and appliances you’ll need. Feels like home away from home! This is our second time staying in this complex and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Maui.
This was a nice condo with updated appliances. The master bath seemed like it would be accessible for someone with disabilities (easy entry shower). We enjoyed the view of the ocean and long walks on the beach each evening.
Stayed 2 weeks in the unit and was great. Wind everyday which felt awesome In the hot conditions. View of pool and ocean, and able to hear waves every night at bed time. Everything in the condo was awesome.
Condo was clean and made us feel welcome. Thank you Deb for being a good host.
