This is a fantastic location in Koloa PoiPu area across from the ocean. We loved being able to watch the sunrise and sunset. The pool was a bonus. .5 walk to the beach. Everything you need for a stay. Thank you!
Beautiful home and great location
We loved the patio that looked out onto the ocean. Its location was great with shops and beaches in walking distance. The condo was well appointed and offered lots of space.
Great place well equipped for families. Being right in the water was incredible. Close to sandy beach.
I loved this location so much! We sat on the balcony watching the ocean every morning and night because the view was just amazing! Also really appreciated the AC unit in the rooms! We will be back again to enjoy this place for sure! Thanks for having us! :)
We love staying at Poipu Kapili, it never disappoints. This condo was great, with a spectacular view. We walked to the Sheraton almost every day. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook.
Hands down the best location in Poipu, excellent amenities, very comfortable condo. We have really enjoyed our stay and are already planning a return trip!!!
Clean, right by "the wall" where people come to watch the aunset every night, thats how beautiful the view is
AC did not work well. Hot inside
Big rooms. Plenty of space. Gorgeous view from patio and Main bedroom. Gorgeous grounds. Well equipped. Only drawback was lack of a/c and no ocean breeze. Room units in familyroom and Main bedroom did not function well. Second bedroom unit worked okay.

It was our second time staying at Poipu Kapili, and it did not disappoint! The sunset views from the wall were breathtaking, and we were lucky to spot sea turtles two nights in a row. The unit was spotless, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to come back for our next visit!
Downstairs toilet was broken the whole time and communication wasn’t great. They said it would be fixed but it never was. I understand things happen and overall everything was good.
This was an amazing stay at this condo. What I liked the most is the owners provided the little but important things that are usually overlooked until you need them. Thea items were tin foil, garbage bags, laundry soap to name a few.
The place is very well stocked with these easy to forget items.
The location is amazing as it is right across the street from the wall. Which is where everyone goes to watch the sun set. This may sound like it would be a problem but it is not at all. It is a quiet event in which people gather in relative silence.
Speaking of location you are no more than 5 minutes walking distance to the beaches near the hotel or a slightly longer walk to the beach that offers a bit more calmer waters. Either way the walk is amazing
Would definitely stay again and would strongly suggest this unit be a strong contender in your accommodation decision.
The condo was very clean, had a fully functional kitchen, is in a beautiful location, has spacious rooms, and very comfortable beds. The communication and attentiveness to our few questions/needs was the best I’ve ever experienced. Corey and Phil were amazing to work with. Incredibly easy check in instructions. The place is incredible, I will definitely be returning for another visit.

It is within walking distance to the Sheraton!!!! We love that beach! The house has a beautiful ocean view. We ate outside on the patio every night. The house is well stocked. Blender, toaster, coffee maker. The owner is very communicative and very informative. Close to our arrival date, he sent us videos explaining many features of the house. I truly hope we can stay here again.
Everything about this property was 5 stars, from the location to the amenities. The evening sunsets were something out of a story book and going to sleep and waking up to the ocean was exceptional. The condo was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Will be staying here again!

Condo is exactly as pictured and is well equipped. Can’t beat the location as it is close to shopping and dining. Beautiful sunsets from the patio and balcony. Loved our stay!

Amazing in all aspects! Prefect location with many convenient options close by. The view was spectacular. Condo was very well clean and stylishly decorated. The only complaint is that we didn’t plan to stay longer. Corey was super easy to work with and the check-in was is a breeze. Everything we needed was there, including binoculars to view the ocean landscape. We arrived in early May. The trade wind breezes along the ceiling fans kept the condo very cool and comfortable. We didn’t need to use the air conditioning which was available in each bedroom and living room. Highly recommended! Thank you for letting us share this incredible condo with our family!

We or family members have stayed in multiple units in Poipu Kapili, and this by far is the least nice of all of them. The unit isn't accurately depicted in the photos. The off-white carpeting has stains everywhere…stairs, hallway, both bedrooms and closets. In the living room, the carpet has been covered with rattan mats that are not at all comfortable to walk on. The shower pans are yellowed and stained, and the shower curtains are moldy at the bottom. There were holes in the screen doors in the master bedroom, so there were bugs everywhere the first night. Maintenance came to seal them…with duct tape…and taped the doors closed. The dining room table is tiny and cheap, and the chairs are flimsy. While the location and views are spectacular, there are units priced the same that are way nicer. Don’t waste your money on this one.

Tile or laminate would be much easier to keep clean. The bathrooms could do with having grab bars in the Shower/bath stalls. For anyone not used to stairs there are a step flight of 16+ steps to get to bedrooms. We enjoyed the pool area and being able to pick fresh herbs from the garden.

Corey, the property manager was extremely helpful. Sent detailed messages with ALL the information that you will need for use of this condo. The condo is very convenient to all the island has to offer. Beachfront views were fabulous. Made full use of the lanai in morning and evening. Beach for swimming close walking distance and beautiful.
Restaurants nearby served great food. Grocery and drugstore also close.
The condo is perfect! We were 2 couples. The living room and kitchen were large and comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. Bedrooms on second floor were large with own bathrooms, large closets and very comfortable king beds. One with ocean view. Walk outside to watch sunsets. Would definitely book again.
