Property Description

Elegant and luxurious describes our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with travertine floors, which makes it the perfect beach house. Our updated ground floor unit faces north with a spectacular view of the ocean and the island of Molokai. It's paces from the beach and overlooks the pool, hot tub, cabana and barbecue areas, which makes this location very convenient. Having a north facing view helps keep the unit cooler than west facing units without sacrificing any of the view. A large covered lanai allows you sit and enjoy the shade after a long day in the Maui sunshine. This tastefully decorated unit features a wet bar with glass rack, a huge assortment of stemware and granite counter tops.

Both baths include double sinks with granite counter tops, walk-in showers and a soaking tub in the master bath.

The large kitchen accommodates more than one person and is equipped with more gadgets, dinnerware, cookware, bakeware and small appliances than most people own at home.

The living room includes seating for eight, a desk with free high speed Internet access and an iPod4 charging station and CD player.

Both the living room and master bedroom open onto the 10' x 30' covered lanai with high bar table, 6 swivel stools, and outdoor living area with very comfortable chairs and love seat.

A large selection of games are available, to help you relax or you can make use of our beach equipment to enjoy fun in the sun activities.

We travel a lot. I love VRBO. We all know that the photos we see are not always what you get. This property is everything plus more. I truly believe it is the best location on the property. We spent 95% of our time on the outside balcony where you can see the beach, the pool, the mountains on the next island. As the sun sets the grilling area next to the pool has tiki torches lit that are beautiful while the sun sets and the clouds hanging low over the mountains. I love the layout of this condo. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. All separate spaces. Large rooms. Love the master bath layout. Very unique. Close to the parking lot to carry in luggage and groceries. There is a chest on the entry porch that has chairs, scuba gear, boogie boards. Love that the fridge NEVER ran out of ice. We had 6 people. 2 adults, (4) 17-19 year olds. All had a great time on the property. Great little market/gas station within 1 minute of the property. You will see it as you arrive. They have so much in this store. And the store is soooo much cleaner than the closest grocery store. Wish we had known about Front street more towards the beginning of our stay for shopping and lunch. Great shops and eating on this street. If you can reserve this property, you are one of the lucky ones. (No I'm not related to the owners - LOL) Just amazed I got sooo much more than expected from this stay.

The unit #7 in Kahana Village was a wonderful experience! Convenient to the BBQ grills, parking lot, ice machine, pool, hot tub and beach. The condo was well appointed and clean. It was nicely decorated and had a lot of kitchen supplies and amenities. We loved the large garden soaking bath tub and spacious showers! Huge living area, nice electronics and spacious lanai with sweeping morning views of far off Molokai. Just magical! A/C is on a timer so it can get hot if you don't adjust them often, but floor A/C units were included to move the air flow around a little. Maui is humid! The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Lots of beach toys are included for the kids (boogie boards, snorkels etc.) A fabulous time for all ages! We loved it!

Spent one week with daughter and her family in 3 bedroom condo. Great set-up for 6 with lots of beach equipment. Beach was great for kids, very protected, even saw turtle on beach. Only negative was some early noise from yard maintenance and kids adapting to time change. Very comfortable and staff was helpful when we decided to try to add 2 additional days.

Overall had a fantastic time. Did have ants in kitchen first day but staff took care of problem immediately. Some construction took place that was somewhat distracting but always hard to schedule in vacation rentals.
