This was by far the best rental that I have ever stayed at in my 20 years of traveling. Rick had everything that you could possible need ready for you to enjoy paradise. He has set the bar so high, that I can’t imagine staying anywhere else for my future visits to Maui.

We enjoyed our 6-day stay. Condo was exactly as advertised, was very clean and full of amenities to enhance our stay…from the well-stocked kitchen to the beach accessories and the two pair of binoculars to whale watch from the lanai. The bed was comfy and the shower had good water pressure and temperature. The condo was a perfect size for the two of us.The building’s pool and BBQ area was a good size with shade, overlooking the ocean. There are sand bags on the shore to prevent erosion so there is no direct beach access but a small beach can be accessed just south of the property.Check in was very easy and parking was ample.We would recommend the condo to anyone looking to stay in the Kahana area.

When attempting to book our recent stay, I viewed this property and was impressed with the high ratings and great reviews. After spending 6 weeks in this unit, now fully understand why the excellent reviews! The view from the living room and lanai; the charming unit which was stocked with all essentials for kitchen, pool and beach; location of the condo for groceries, restaurants and stores; quiet setting and surroundings of the Royal Kahana - all of those provided a marvelous setting and a wonderful 6 weeks getaway! We met Rick and his wife - both delightful and both above and beyond in communication if any questions arose. Highly recommend!
We’ve stayed at this complex twice now, first time in this unit and we’ll definitely return. Quick to respond to any questions and the view is amazing! Could watch the whales all day long, and the sound of the ocean is crazy peaceful! Can’t go wrong with this one! Thanks for a GREAT week!
This VRBO was magnificent! What a view from the 10th floor, and the furnishings were high quality and comfortable. The condo was exceptionally clean as well! Fully stocked kitchen and full-size washer/dryer. Plus, A/C!! Added touches were having two pairs of binoculars for whale watching, and boy the whales did not disappoint! We felt like this condo was our home for our six days stay in Maui. Great location, and Rick as a wonderful host! You will not be disappointed.
This condo is beautifully decorated. You will be supplied with everything you need for the beach. They even have binoculars to spot whales. We usually stay at Royal Kahana and will again. The reason I gave the property manage 1 star was due to them power washing around the pool for 5 hours ruining the tranquility

The condo was very clean. There was great art work and memorabilia in the condo. Unfortunately we ran out of hot water for a few days. They tried to fix it, but had wait for parts to come from CA. We luckily got a hot shower on the last day. They were also doing construction on the roof for a few days, but that's not the condo owner's fault. Everything else was GREAT!
Very nice accommodation, accurately described. Ongoing construction at property was a little noisy, but not enough to disturb our stay.
Rick was easy to deal with, helpful throughout.
Rick is a super host. Answered all inquiries quickly and the vrbo was clean and well stocked. Close to grocery stores, beautiful sunsets, whale watching and very relaxing. Will definitely come back to this VRBO. My wife and i loved it here. Thanks Rick.
Ricks condo was perfect for us- they provided so many amenities, but I must say my favorite was the binoculars! I spent hours watching the whales . It was fantastic. The unit is so comfortable and facing a great direction.
We loved everything about our stay and Rick was super responsive to any questions or communication I had.
I would highly recommend Ricks place . It is at the north end of Maui and in a quiet neighbourhood, so if you are looking for high action, and lots of people, this isn’t it. A short Uber or car ride will get you to Kaanapali where you can find all of that.

The condo was everything and more, the host, Rick, was very accommodating and gracious and the condo very well appointed. We will be back.

This condo had it all! So nice upon our arrival to have cold bottles of water in the fridge and a box of chocolates. View from condo was spectacular--saw whales every day. We especially enjoyed that the condo had all the extras--4 beach chairs, binoculars, and a several coolers to choose from.
Breathtaking view from oceanfront condo. We could hear the waves crashing and enjoy watching whales & gorgeous sunsets from the lanai. Everything you need for the perfect Hawaiian vacation. Rick’s communication was great. Condo is clean and comfortable. Conveniently located near good restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend.
