To reserve, Reservation deposit is required, balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If there are more than two (2) guests staying in the unit or if there are any infants or children under the age of 18 - There MAY be a $300 damage deposit (refundable within 14 days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of condo by the maid).

RESORT FEE: of $33/nightly + tax ($35/nightly beginning April 1, 2025 - resort fees subject to change without notice & collected by the front desk upon departure) - there is NO parking fee. )

* This studio unit sleeps a MAXIMUM of 4 people (2 people preferably - 4 at owner's discretion) There is an additional guest charge of $75/nightly for more than 2 guests in the unit. This will be outlined in the booking amount when you book. The reason for this additional fee is for additional housekeeping expense assessed by the housekeeper.
