Perfectly acceptable and useable property. This is a perfectly located complex. This unit is toward the back and on the side so don't expect amazing views, but you don't need them because you are so close to great parks and beaches with views.
One thing to note is you'll get a confirmation email that doesn't say "VRBO" in it so you might miss it as I did and get nervous you don't know how to check in. Check your email but don't search for vrbo.
I loved the location and would absolutely stay here again. The AC works very well. We had a couple super hot days but the unit cooled off fast and stayed cool with the AC. Sort of loud, but it works great so I'll take it.

Condo was nice. A couple of little things needed fixed but didn’t detract from our stay. Kitchen and living room were very nicely decorated. Sunsets from the lanai and walk to the beach were the highlights

The facility has everything that you need; however we miss the little lunch/snack bar down at the pool. (Lost because of the pandemic. Hoping it will come back.)
The room we stayed in was perfect. Building 9 is quiet and provides quick access to the beach/park across the street for watching the whales and sunsets, and the road we walk along for fresh air and exercise each day. The unit was very clean, the decor nice, the kitchen updated nicely. An easy walk to the pool and garden courtyard AND we didn't hear the kids squealing and squawking, like we have from other units.... which is cute for a while, but ???? There are plenty of lawn/beach chairs and boogey boards! We'll be back!

Pride of ownership comes through at this property as evidenced by the upgrades, great upkeep, and variety of beach toys, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Check in/out was a breeze. Great location and everything we needed. Really enjoyed being able to walk across the street to watch sunsets on the beach. Had a brief issue with the AC which was resolved promptly by the property management company. Good home base to explore maui.
