This condo is perfect for families. The resort itself is beautiful and has so much to offer. It’s nicely located around several things like grocery stores, beaches and restaurants. Our children loved the several pool options and never had a problem getting chairs by the pools. And lastly, the condo itself was huge! Nicely kept, clean and spacious so perfect for families. We will be booking again for next years trip!

The overall condition of unit was good, clean and great floor plan to fit our families needs. Loved the balcony, just wish they had a day bed or more comfortable chair that we could lay on. Property is pretty well unkept, but lazy river pool was out of commission for 5 days that we were there, but that’s no fault of owner. Overall good experience

This is a super property for a family vacation especially if you have younger kids as the pools are lots of fun. The only issue is that there are a lot of people staying at this property and you have to be up early if you want to secure a spot by the pools. However, there is always plenty of room on the beach right in front of the property and the unit comes equipped with Tommy beach chairs. Having Duke's right on site is both a blessing and a curse - a blessing plus it provides plenty of good eats and drinks and a curse because of the same - you will never leave the property!

Hello, we had a wonderful time staying at your apartment. This was our 3rd time staying at the property, and as usual we’re pleased with the apartment we rented. Staying at the resort was not as pleasant as previous years. We totally understand that there is a global pandemic and treat COVID as a serious issue. That being said, we were quite disappointed that the facility would be rented 100%, yet not have 100% of the facilities available. Case in point is the amount of lounge chairs by the pool. Half of the chairs were removed creating a competitive frenzy to find a place to sit.if we wanted a place to sit, we had to get up and down to the pool by 6:30 or 7AM at the latest to get a spot. One morning my husband got there at 6:45am to claim a spot by the end of the lazy River, a primo spot. He got up at 7:30 to go get a cup of coffee from the coffee shop. When he returned all of our stuff had been removed by security. We heard that security does a sweep at 7:30 to prevent people from trying to claim a space the night before. He went to the front desk to claim our belongings. There was no apology from anyone. The signs clearly say “belongings left for more than an hour may be removed by security for safe keeping”. He left belongings for 15 minutes, someone else got our spot and the day was ruined.
We spoke with some of the staff who claimed that the state mandated that they reduce the number of chairs due to Covid. We walked over to the neighboring resorts. The places were packed with lounge chairs and people. Apparently the other facilities did not get the same state mandate.
In previous years, we have enjoyed going out to dinner as a family. This year, every time we came home from dinner the garage was maxed out and we had to park up at the street. This is really annoying with young children.
Again, the apartment was lovely. Regarding the facility, we feel like we paid an absolute premium for sub standard amenities.
