The location and view were excellent. We did have some confusion with our check in but it was resolved. The plumbing and vanities could use some maintenance/upgrading. Thank you for a wonderful month in Waikiki.

My husband and our 2 kids (18 and 20) had the best time staying at this rental! The views are insane! No picture will ever do justice to the incredible views of Diamond Head and the ocean. The location is also amazing being so close to Waikiki and Ala Moana Beach. We walked to sunset almost every night and on Friday night just stay in and watch the fireworks from home! The rental has plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent room to unpack and really feel like you are at home. The living room space is open and there is plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen is smaller but absolutely fine and the washer and dryer work great! The house had plenty of beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella if needed. The apartment temperature stays comfortable. We only used the A/C one or two times our whole visit. If you open the windows in the living area you get an amazing breeze! The security for the building are really nice for the most part (one is a little grumpier but that's fine) and parking was easy! The apartment seemed to have newer carpeting which was nice. There are a few very minor things that need to be upgraded along the way, but nothing that deters from the apartment or experience (dining chairs are a little older and peeling a bit, cabinet space in kitchen is full of everything you would ever need for dining but a little limited for putting food). David was amazing, has great communication, and immediately answered all questions and concerns. We would 100% stay here again!
I spent two months in this condo taking my college classes here since they were all online. Best decision I could have made. This place has the most amazing views of diamond head, Waikiki buildings, the bright blue ocean, the green lush mountains and really has every view you could want from 40 floors high. The place itself is very neat and clean and well furnished. They plan to fix the carpet issue which wasn’t even a problem at all for me. My cousin stayed with me the first month and then my family stayed for 10 days and my friend did as well. The check in process for them was super easy. David was very responsive before we got here and made sure we were all checked in and settled in. He would immediately help me with any issue I had and I am so grateful for how nice and caring he was during the entire stay and beforehand. I had to quarantine in this place for two weeks and the views made it all the worthwhile. Eddie, a security guard during the days is the best and so friendly and made me feel at home, he definitely deserves a raise. The morning security guard John was very friendly as well! The master bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is spot on too. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place more, for the views and the size and David being so helpful. Long term stay, this is the place to be.
The views from the property are stunning during the day and evening. Location is good ...close to Hilton Hawaiian which is on the somewhat less crowded side of Waikiki (you can see the Friday Fireworks from unit). Groceries, restaurants, beaches are very convenient from the condo. Furnishings are updated and comfortable. Unit is fairly well equipped. WIFI is excellent. TV is very good for sports viewing. Building common areas are good. Parking stall is convenient in a city where parking is a premium. Carpet/flooring needs to be updated. AC unit struggles in mid summer but new blinds should help some. We would consider again if staying in the Waikiki area.
Stayed for 30 days and had a wonderful experience. The view is incredible and the location is fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and the pickleball available on the seventh floor as well.
