A wonderful stay. The resort was better than expected and Michelle was an amazing host, great at communicating with us about the property and even provided us with restaurant recommendations and tips for packing essential items for our stay in the unit. Our one week trip to The Westin in Ka’anapali was amazing. Beautiful resort, beautiful rooms, beautiful area of Maui, everything we were hoping for. I think this stretch of beach is the most beautiful location in all of Maui. Very close to the small beach town of Lahaina where we went every night for dinner and some shopping. Our host Michelle was tremendous. She offered great advice on things to do, and kept us informed right up to our arrival date. Communication was timely, clear, and everything was exactly as she described. We will definitely book with Michelle again.
The Westin properties are gorgeous. Right on Ka'anapali beach. The ocean/beach was beautiful. You can snorkel right there with plenty of fish to see. Towards the end of our stay it got a bit busy but it's summertime. There are kiddie pools within the 3 properties that my toddler really enjoyed. Too bad there was no cleaning during our stay but able to get clean sheets and toiletries etc. staff was friendly but did not seem to go above and beyond to help you with things. Pools are great but need some cleaning. There are leaves, flowers, bird poops on the pool chairs and ground. Last but not least our host-Michelle was great! Prompt responses from the beginning to the end. She gave us a lot of great tips for our stay. She was very flexible with our dates. Would definitely rent her unit again! Thank you:)
We stayed a week at the Weston Nanea and it was a great stay along with the neighbouring sister complex at KOR. Michelle was awesome to work with, very informative with recommendations of activities and places to eat. She was very quick to respond to any questions you have. Highly reccommend booking with Michelle.
