This is the perfect place to stay in Maui. Close to beach but away from the crowd. The condo itself is very well appointed. The cleanliness less that what I have experienced other places, very dirty floor, and bathrooms could be better. My main suggestion would be for new beds! These weee overly soft and not the best for 50 year olds. Otherwise, very much enjoyed

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful and spacious condo! It is one of the more updated condos on the property and seems to be two units there were perhaps remodeled into one. This was a little confusing upon check-in because the front desk initially gave us a unit # that no longer exists.
While the location of the resort is absolutely wonderful, is important to note that this particular unit is located in a building that is furthest from the beach. My children are a little older and could help carry items to the beach, so it wasn’t a problem; however, it might not be quite as convenient for a family with young children.

This property was cozy and very clean. Great location! Easy walking access to KÄÊ»anapali Beach, coffee, snorkeling, and pick ups to zip lining at the Fairway Plaza. Great shaved ice! Easy access to Whalers Village & front Street. Great atmosphere with music, pool bar at the end of Kaanapali Beach at the resort beneath us . Having water toys available was awesome. Owner, Marty, had great communication and easy to work with! I would recommend this place over and over again. 😊

Spent three nights with my wife and daughters at Marty's condo. It was awesome! Very obvious the entire condo has been recently remodeled. Appliances work well. Beds/pillows are VERY comfortable! There are two grills less than 1 minute from the condo which was very convenient. An issue came up with the internet and TVs-Marty was all over it when I alerted him to the issue. He is very concerned about giving his guests the best possible experience. Would love to stay at his place again! I give it my highest recommendation!

Five adults stayed here for a friend’s wedding (at Royal Lahaina just down the street). This property was a perfect location and was clean, modern and Marty was very responsive. The internet was a bit spotty, but we were here for leisure and not work! Overall a great stay and perfect location.

Great location. We could easily walk to the tourist areas and mall at Ka’anapali beach. Or you would walk and golf course to adjacent beach where the condos have a beach cabana. Only downside is the small lot next to the unit seems to be full most of the time and many seem to be non-residents coming to park near the beach since they don’t have hang tags -enforcement seems lax. The parking structure is only a 5 min walk away but seems hard if you have a lot of things to carry.
Owner was prompt and accurate with information. Condo was well stocked with kitchen items including an Instant Pot. The outside grills in the common areas were immaculate and made for great dinners. Lots of beach stuff including boogie boards and snorkel sets.

This is a very quiet, relaxing property. The main pool is nice and mellow, and we enjoyed the games (shuffle board, bocce ball, etc). The beach by the property owned beach shack is beautiful. We had a great stay!
