Loved every part of this property. Not enough words to describe the views from every part of the condo. The beach was right outside. The pool was quiet. Food trucks, grocery store, and boardwalk was right outside the door. If there was a bar in the building, it would have been the cherry on top! I can’t wait to return!
Location was great and the ocean view spectacular.KBM was very responsive and provided good service for some minor repairs.I would gladly work with them again.

This property is absolute perfection. The location is wonderful with the most stunning views. Easy walk to the grocery store, food trucks, beach, and beach trail (which takes you all the way down the beach to Whalers Village). The property has everything you need for the beach including chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boogie boards, all kitchen utensils (recommend buying a pair of tongs) :) , washer/dryer, and the most incredible views - the balcony was our favorite! Highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future!
Immaculately maintained property. They work so hard and it’s evident.The unit itself is lovely and so well appointed. The only drawback are the beds; squishy marshmallows.Views couldn’t be beat! 5 stars!
Have stayed in several Mahana units over the years and 1211 is by a mile the nicest, albeit by far the most expensive. That said, we’ve already rebooked there for next whale season. It’s so luxurious, the double lanai is such a usable outdoor living area. We would sit for hours watching whales perform…can’t wait to return!
This apartment is all about the view and the lanai. We hated to leave as it is the very best view on Maui. The close proximity to stores, food trucks, restaurants, the beach, make it a perfect place for a vacation. We will be back.
I will give 5 stars to the condo, it’s exactly as the pictures , beautiful views, super clean , have all the amenities, close by restaurants, best beach, only disappointment was when it advertised Rental Car included, 1 day before my arrival I was informed they do not have any more cars to rent. So don’t rely on that when booking . Everything else was perfect..
The view from the balcony is fantastic. The condo is very comfortable and well appointed with beach chairs and an umbrella for shade. KBM was very responsive and helpful with our requests. We would definitely stay here again.
We spent 8 magical nights in this gorgeous penthouse! The unit is appointed with beautiful furnishings and has everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The views from the very large balcony were tremendous! We were blessed with rainbows, sunsets, stargazing, bat rays, and daily visits of sea turtles. Everyone was kind and helpful. We look forward to returning in the near future.
