This was the perfect place to stay with a family and kids. The resort has multiple pools, water slides, and a pirate-ship water play area that kept our 7-, 3-, and 1-year-olds happily entertained. The beach is ideal—you can swim, snorkel, or take surf lessons all right there. There’s also a game room and outdoor games in the atrium, which were a great bonus. The room was clean with an amazing ocean view and patio. The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. The unit has been upgraded and is even nicer than what’s shown in the photos. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to come back!
The property was great. Lots of things to do.
Our family of 11 with us, our children, spouses and 3 small grandchildren found this the best place to be on Kaanapali Beach. The beach was steps away from the Marriott property making going to the beach from the pools so easy. The beach here was beautiful and not so busy and crowded as it was in other areas on Kaanapali Beach. There was plenty of activity here for our family and having the ability to prepare most of our meals in the condo was perfect. Our 3 year old and 1 1/2 year old grandchildren were able to nap every day after a morning of water activity or hiking off property. It was an easy walk to Whalers Village for shopping or dinner or our every day walk for Hawaiian Shave Ice at Ulalani's near the Hyatt. The fitness center was great as well as all of the pools on property. The view from the Condo was fantastic with whale sightings everyday from the lanai and beautiful sunsets in the evening. We were able to gather every evening in the condo and enjoy a meal. The condo was very comfortable, the master bedroom and bath were very nice. The other bathrooms could use an update but were functional. The furniture in the living room worked well but may also need an update soon. The kitchen was pretty well supplied with good quality appliances. The washer and dryer worked great and were used by all. We really enjoyed having the beach play package with the umbrella, 4 chairs and a cooler. The location was very convenient for off property excursions for ziplining and the road to Hana. The Marriot staff were very helpful and friendly. It felt like a very safe place to stay. Overall we enjoyed our trip to Maui with our stay at this condo, and would definitely stay here again.
We were there with 11 members of our family, we found the unit very clean and able to accommodate us. The kitchen has almost everything you will need to cook your meals including a blender. Great areas to Grill. The pools are very clean and well maintained, short walk to a great beach area. We highly recommend this unit.
beautiful condo, excellent location, wonderful view, well furnished
I have nothing but good things to say about this property, as well as the management company that provided it for us. They were extremely prompt with all correspondence, answered every question I had and were professional and courteous every time I talked with them. They provided us with a beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront condo and it was everything we hoped for and more. Everything was exactly as promised and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Our family of four (kids ages 5 & 10) shared this magnificent 3 bedroom with my in-laws for the week. The whale watching from our balcony was stupendous. The unit itself is very well equipped, clean and welcoming. The staff onsite at the Marriott was extremely friendly and very personable. My kids enjoyed the children's activities and the beach was pristine for relaxing, chasing waves and snorkeling. Pools were spread throughout the property and we never had trouble finding a place to lounge. The evening BBQ meals were delicious. Our only negative was a dining experience at the Ka'annapali Grille and Tap Room, which is not owned by the hotel - better to walk down to Whaler's Village or over to the Hyatt for a good breakfast. We definitely recommend and plan to return!
