Loved everything about this resort. Rooms were clean, spacious, well accommodated and provided all the essentials we would need. This resort had several pools which is great if you’re vacationing with babies/kids.
This was the most amazing place to stay. So big and nice, very clean, and perfect location. It was perfect for our large family.
It was wonderful! Excellent view from balcony. Very comfortable to live in with a larger family. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Bonus of beach items to use. Easy access to beach, pools, town, etc... Would stay here again.
We had a fantastic stay in this 3 bedroom condo. Well appointed and maintained. The property managers were quick to respond to any issues we had, down to supplying us with extra kitchen towels. There were beach chairs and a cooler to use which came in very handy as well as an assortment of games for evening fun. This round we were traveling with our adult children and having King beds in each of the rooms was a treat. I can't speak to the TV's as we never had them on. Views from the balcony of the sunsets and whales was breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven.
This property was perfect for a family with children ages 6 thru 20. Always something to do. Beach and snorkling were great. Comfortable and clean accommodations and great view. Property managers were available and helpful.Everyone loved it.
We've been here often, typically staying a hotels instead a condo, but after this stay, we'll be back! Great location, great service.
This was an amazing vacation. Everything was great. It was the trip we will always remember. The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the mattresses. They obviously need replacing. Also the vacuum cleaner needs some maintenance, the brush doesn’t rotate.

I cant say enough good things about this unit. The view was amazing! We enjoyed our entire stay and we were really appreciative of all the things they had for our kids, including TWO pack N plays, a highchair and kids utensils. We would definitely stay here again.
The customer service was exceptional. The views on this property were amazing! And the rooms were wonderful. We had seven adults and we were all impressed and absolutely loved staying at this property. We did not want to leave. We will definitely come back to this property. LOVED IT!
This place was amazing for our 2 families, 4 adults and 6 kiddos. The pool was great, beach access with all the turtles is wonderful, and Dukes is delicious.
Comfortable, upscale accommodations with amazing balcony views. Unit is well-equipped but could use more kitchen towels. Air conditioner was also malfunctioning or not effective at putting out cold air, so rooms (and bathrooms especially) got a little warm and humid. Also, beach towel shortages on property, along with oft-malfunctioning towel dispensers, made getting towels hard and this added stress and additional effort during the stay, which wasn’t great. Overall though, a good experience.
Well-appointed acomodations and services. Web site description was accurate and consistent with the actual unit and resort. Excellent location for access to to snorkeling and other water sports.
We had a fantastic time at this condo. Communication was excellent and check in was smooth. The condo itself was spacious and clean. There was a full set of kitchen and bath amenities. And finally, the view was just unbeatable!
Honestly this was one of the most well managed, worry free vacation rental Experiences I have ever had.
From the beginning with my first correspondence and contract dealings; Maria Tobon was phenomenal. Responsive to questions almost immediately. She took a genuine interest to ask what we were celebrating, and how she could help... this was 4 months before our trip!
Anytime we reached out to the concierge/contact email at KBM throughout the week, the response from their team and redemedy (if necessary) was top priority. The condo was stocked for every situation. Young kids, beach gear, football... appleTV to get to all your streaming apps. Really, we needed for nothing but groceries when we arrived. Providing dish washing pods and laundry pods was a VERY NICE TOUCH!
I will recommend, not only this company, but this condo to med-large families. It has everything!
