Another fantastic stay with my family (50s and 15yo son). The condo is part of a fantastic complex with well-maintained pools, bbqs, buildings, and grounds. Check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth.
Amazing location in Kihei. Located within walking distances to all three Kamalole beaches, great shops and dining choices. Condo area was quiet and clean. Pool was never too crowded. The condo itself was perfect for 4 adults. Was especially happy to have the beach accessories included! Hosts answer texts quickly and are extremely helpful in answering your questions. Thanks for an amazing stay!!
Beautiful property, loved the location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, getting down to the beach was a quick walk! Overall, just really loved the place and was very easy to work with the rental agent. Very timely correspondence to emails and questions I had. Highly recommend!
The unit was nice and the welcome gift a nice touch. Close to ocean. Wish we could’ve seen ocean better from balcony. Great pools at condo and good parking.
We really enjoyed our family staying in this superb accommodation. It was as described and met all of our expectations. Communication with the owner was excellent and response time immediate. The management company was slow and not the fault of the owner
Just returned from a wonderful, long over-due trip to Maui! The condo was in a beautiful area in south Kihei and was perfect for our stay. The property grounds were meticulously maintained. Frederica was amazing to deal with, especially in answering my many many questions within a reasonable time frame. Definitely recommend this condo to others and would absolutely consider renting again in the future :)

From the initial email to Frederica to our last email exchange, she was quick to respond and offered suggestions for restaurants and things to do. She was a wonderful host. The home was very well equipped and VERY clean. The welcome treats was a lovely touch! We will be staying again soon. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!!
We came for celebrating our daughter's college graduation. With two over 60 and two in their twenties the property gave us the space for privacy and comfortable area for sharing meals and lounging. It was in walking distance to a now fav shave ice and the beaches. Easy drive to farther south snorkeling areas. We enjoyed both pools. The grounds are well maintained and lovely for walking and birding in the morning.
First and foremost, we would stay in this unit again. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The condo is well equipped with everything you would possibly need for a beach vacation. The location is fabulous and we thoroughly enjoyed Kam 3 across the street. The view, and sounds of the birds, from the lanai was incredible. The grounds around Maui Kamaole are beautiful and we enjoyed both pools and cooking on the bbqs.
We didn't want to leave. We look forward to being back one day soon.
This was a wonderful spot! 2 great looks and right near the beach. The condo had lots of beach supplies which was really nice - snorkeling gear, boogie boards, sand buckets, and tennis rackets. It truly was a great stay!
This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at Maui Kamaole condo complex and it is always wonderful. Great location close to Wailea beaches and Kihei fun and food. The unit was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The gift bag was sweet and yummy and the board games fun! Beach supplies were appreciated.
Only issue we had was the sleeper sofa - I think time for a new mattress. We took it off couch and laid it on floor for one of our kids, but still felt every spring.

Communication with the owner and with the management staff was excellent: timely and helpful. The unit was perfect for us: grandparents (2) + young family of 4 (dad, mom, 4 yo, 1 yo) All basic kitchen, bath, beach equipment and furniture was provided. Even had kitchen supplies that were not expected such as coffee, coffee filters, utensil. We bought way more than we needed for a week's stay and left some non-perishables for the next family. Hope that was all right; couldn't take it on the plane and didn't want to waste. But we tried our best to share with other members of our party in other units. Swimming pool was close walking distance and we spent a lot of time there. Even had a small birthday party there. Security was always present so all pool experiences were fine. One issue might be important depending on the guest. Stairs to 2nd floor front door, and stairwell to loft are steep and probably more than a dozen steps each (I think; it seemed like it) Might be a bit hard on some seniors and others with problems walking up multiple steps. Otherwise, everyone in our party was delighted with the unit. They especially were impressed with the beach toys, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, etc, and abundance of furniture, as well as the good condition everything was in - except the handle for the dryer was missing. Management sent a handyman the next day and solved the problem. Very impressed with management's prompt response. Thank you for a nice staycation.
