Family and I enjoyed our time at the condo. THe property was fairly clean. As I told the manager spraying the air conditioning vent with bleach to get rid of the mold build up might be something you consider. There also was a leak in the master bathroom under the sink.

Overall...we are happy we rented this condo and would consider it again in the future.Pros: Nice location, everything you need to feel like home (well stocked kitchen, nice living area, nice bedrooms)Cons: One of the toilets didn't work (the prop mgr was very prompt in coming to fix) It actually was a problem with the water source (water wasn't filling up the tank) but toilet did work if tank was full.Some stains on the comforter on the bed. One of the shower stalls didn't look that clean. Some stains on the living room carpet

Had a good time. Close walking to the places as noted. Best to drive to either the Eula beach or over to Makena and the beaches there. My one complaint is the lack of beach towels in the condo. Possible I missed them in the 2 closets, but disappointed they were not included. Minor issue, just something I think should always be included
This location was exactly as pictured. Rooms and bathrooms were Spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was everything you needed, both in the kitchen as well as beach chairs, toys, umbrellas. The only thing I didn’t love which feels a little silly to even say, was that there was a very limited amount of laundry pods and dishwasher pods which felt a little restrictive and required us to do a lot of hand washing. Also the AC units were a bit loud, but I know many units I down the road in Kehei don’t have AC at all, so glad to have had some.

Great location with a lovely view of the ocean. Plenty of room for 2 couples. The 2 pools and 2 hot tubs on the property were refreshing and we met delightful people. The unit was spacious with everything we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen. The washing machine worked sporadically. The carpets were dirty and could use a good clean or be replaced.
The place/rental is one of the best we had in Wailea. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The only low thing for us was driving every day to the beach - we would’ve prefer to walk, but considering all the beach gear we had it was too long to walk. Anyway I’m considering to return to this place in the future. I sincerely recommend this place. The view is great, and the place is quiet. We all enjoyed our stay. Mahalo!
Visited a different beach every day within minutes. Groceries and shopping only minutes away. Amenities at Grand Champions very good and well cared for. Enjoyed the pool daily and hot tub daily.
Safe, love the l location , comfortable , 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms are perfect settings for 4-6 people. We will be coming again on our next vacation in Maui!
