First, the property manager (Maui Resort Rentals) is superb. Their communication, friendliness, and helpfulness is far, far better than most high end resorts we have been to. Together with their connections to Maui Concierge, everything to make a celebration vacation was looked after. The property is a fantastic villa, direct access to pool and deck area, with only a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The villa kitchen is completely equiped, and most meals we had were together with the family at our own table. Then off to the beach for a day. One of our best vacations to Maui, and one of our best VRBO's.
This place was stunning. Such beautiful finishes and plenty of space. Felt very luxurious, the nicest place I've ever stayed in!
Really enjoyed being on the ground floor - we could walk out to the pool from the lanai which was great for our toddler. Was quiet despite all units being full - I think because the villas are well spaced out and insulated. The resort was wonderful, plenty of pools and the boardwalk and beach so close by. Food trucks, a few restaurants, and supermarket all within walking distance. Can't ask for a more convenient location. I really appreciated the beach chairs/cooler/beach toys, booster chair that were provided. They gave us a high chair too but it was quite small so our (large) 2.5 year old didn't fit, that's ok we did fine with the booster chair, it adjusted to fit different chairs. They offered a pack n play at no cost, but we decided to rent a full size crib from a rental company since our kiddo is tall. Kitchen was well stocked (dish soap, olive oil, salt/pepper in addition to pans, dishes, and utensils) though could have done with an extra roasting pan, pitcher for mixing drinks, aluminum foil and saran wrap - these are small things, I"m having a hard time coming up with any critiques. Maybe a drying rack for laundry? We hope to come back, was a wonderful trip. Mahalo!
I was in Maui with my husband, parents and sister and this villa worked out perfectly for us!! It is quite new and spacious; it is very clean as well. One of the resort pools is just a few steps from the lanai. It is easy walking distance to the rest of the pools, resort gym, beach and restaurant. For the check in, we were greeted at the villa by representative from Maui rentals and given overview of villa. They also checked on us several times via phone and then email to see if we needed anything. The villa is a short drive to Kaanapali and Lahaina. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Maui!
