We were in Maui for a family vacation and this place absolutely perfect. Awesome views and the location was ideal for exploring all of the island. Loved the short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
We had an incredible stay. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The condo is very nicely furnished and accommodating. Walking distance to the beaches. Shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
This property was not only the perfect size for our family but is in prime location. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach with many restaurants nearby. The property was spacious, has all the comforts and amenities you need and has A/C! The views are so beautiful from the lanai. The owner was extremely courteous, patient and responsive to our questions and very informative. It's a corner unit which is an added bonus. We'd definitely come stay here again. Mahalo, Wendy!
Within great walking distance of food and shopping. Excellent proximity to Kamaole Beach Parks I-III. Sea turtles swam right past us on Kam III daily. Take goggles! Sunset views so are stunning, we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else for this natural, beautiful daily event.
First and foremost, they did not emphasize how amazing the location is! It is literally a quick walk to the beach with all the supplies you would need to enjoy your stay at the beach. There are plenty of shops around to rent snorkeling, gear, boogie boards, and other items for other activities you would enjoy doing in the ocean. There was plenty on site parking, amazing to have a washer dryer in the unit. The unit was extremely clean. There was plenty of space in the three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The pool was great and refreshing. I would definitely stay at this property again.
Excellent location overlooking ocean within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and grocery store. The condo has all the necessary amenities for cooking, laundry and beach visits. We would definitely rent again.
We were a family of six adults and we fit perfectly in the condo-from the bedrooms to the kitchen table to the living space-it was all so comfortable. The beds were very cozy!Wendy was always quick to respond to emails, thank you Wendy!
The condo was great and we loved the view. Had a great time with my kids. Loved the location as it was close to restaurants, beach and shops.
You can’t beat the location of this property! It is across the street from that beautiful view and close to restaurants, food trucks, surfing, groceries, everything. I thought it was even better than the pictures showed. The property is well appointed. The pool is warm and everything is so convenient. Even shave ice is a short walk. Highly recommend McKenna’s Charters for the snorkeling tour if you are in whale watching season. The snorkeling is fine but you get whales at the same time. I wish we had more time to enjoy all the local offerings but we’re touring a lot. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for offering such a great property!
The property was perfect for my family of 5 adults. Great location, steps from the beach and many local restaurants. Kitchen was well equiped for the limited cooking we did. Building was quiet . Pool was great as was the rooftop bbq.
The condo was just as described on site. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a terrific view of the ocean from the lanai. Perfect for our family of 4 as everyone had space to spread out. Restaurants, gas & groceries close by and the ocean across the street made for easy access to everything we needed. Just up the street was Ahihi Cove that was perfect for snorkeling. We loved being here and would definitely book again!
The condo was a perfect size and had a great layout for six people. The location in Kihei was within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The condo also had a swimming pool, an elevator, and a parking space all of which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We will be back! :-)

This place was great! It’s walking distance to everything you need in Kihei, beach, stores, restaurants, etc. the place was really clean, and had all the ameneties you and the family need during a vacation. Great balcony to just hang out and hear the waves crashing looking at the water and stargazing. It is also a quick drive to different attractions. If you are looking for a place around Kihei. This is the place to be! BOOK IT NOW!!
The condo is exceptional. Beautifully decorated. Having two bathrooms was extremely helpful. The lanai was nice because there was an eating area and a lounge area. The sunsets were spectacular. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants, activities, and souvenirs. Great communication with the host. Would love to stay here again if we make it back to Maui.
Stayed for 7 days with our family of 5, kids ages 18-24, and it was a perfect setup for us. 3 BRs were great and the kitchen and family room were very spacious. Lanai was fantastic and we sat out there most days enjoying the view and breeze. Speaking of breezes, every afternoon the trade winds kick in and winds can get gusty. We loved the Kam1 beach in the morning and then if it got windy, we went on to other activities or drove to a different beach that was more sheltered from the wind. For us, Kam1 beach was awesome because the water was great, never too crowded and easy walk plus food nearby. Beach chairs were in great shape- we didn't use the umbrella because we were too worried about the wind. Saw many turtles at Kam 1 everyday and even had one come up onto the beach to sun itself right next to where we were sitting, which was very cool. Highly recommend this condo- great location, very clean, well stocked, and no issues.
We loved this place. It was what was advertised. Super easy with great check on communication. It had beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board at the time we stayed. The location was perfect. Quiet, had a nice pool. Beautiful sunset from the balcony or we walked to the beach. Fun breakfast on balcony. So much is within walking distance (0.25 mi) or less. My teens like sunset swim at the beach. My 12 year old love the gelato at night. Well stocked kitchen to make many of our meals. It was excellent!
The beach was a very Short walk. There were several shops and places to eat real close to the condo within walking distance. The seventh floor has barbecues and a great viewing area to see the sunset. I love sitting on the lanai at night, listening to the waves crashing at the beach. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo was very roomy. We had a very nice stay and would definitely come back when we visit Maui.
This was the perfect place for our family vacation to Maui! The condo was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed including beach supplies. The location was perfect and only a minute walk to the best beach. We saw turtles and dolphins every day.
My family and I stayed in this condo for eight nights and loved our stay. The place was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The condo has a wonderful view of the sunset and had a great lanai to enjoy breakfast overlooking the ocean. The property had a pool and a nice rinse off area for after beach play.
The condo is a block away from a great beach to hang out at and to go boogie boarding and body surfing. My daughter loved the pool and we all enjoyed how relaxed, family friendly and quiet the area was. The host provided great beach gear (umbrella, beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie board, sand toys and small ice chest) which was awesome to have right there and no need to rent. All the appliances were up to date and great to have laundry in the place. There was also a nice roof deck to enjoy sunsets.
The smallest thing that was confusing at the place was the front door lock, so read the instructions on how to activate the key pad lock. It took us a few tries to first open the place, but after that there were no problems.
Great location, clean, awesome view of the ocean. We had a terrific stay, couldn’t be happier. The family really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience at the condo. My husband and I brought our adult children to Maui to celebrate my birthday. The condo was beautifully decorated and so spacious. The three bedrooms allowed everyone their own personal space (we were a party of 5 adults).The dining/living area and lanai was large enough for all of us to be together. Look forward to returning to this rental!
