We had an excellent stay. The condo was well stocked with all amenities imaginable. It was very nice not to have to worry about beach chairs, coolers, etc. The condo is in an excellent location in Kihei, ideally situated between Kamaole 1 and 2 beaches, with an amazing view from the lanai. We were able to watch sea turtles feed on the rocks every amazing day. The host, Diana, was very accommodating and checked in periodically to ensure that our trip was going smoothly. We will definitely return.
This cozy condo is in a perfect location! Ocean views and stunning sunsets make it ideal for anyone seeking total relaxation. A beautiful beach is just a short walk away. Restaurants are conveniently close — including the world-famous cinnamon rolls — and everything is easily accessible. We’ll definitely be back!
From the minute we walked in the door we knew we found the perfect property for us! This unit truly is exactly as wonderful as the listing states. Beautifully updated and exceptionally clean, and best of all wonderfully appointed with great amenities! The kitchen offered new appliances, new pots and pans, and every appliance you could possibly need. Additionally, there were plenty of spices, coffee filters, and the basics to get us through the week. The owners also provided 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels, and snorkel gear. They’ve truly thought of everything! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Maui!
The property was just as advertised. Extremely well supplied with beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, cooler), everything we needed in the kitchen, laundry and entertainment. The rooftop was great for cooking and enjoying the sunset. The location was convenient to the beach and restaurants. The best snorkeling of our trip was right outside our window!
While you can stay at other units at the Royal Mauian, you will not find one that has more comfortable furnishings or everything you need when you want to stay in and fix a meal. Diane is always available to handle any issue or question. We have been coming to Maui for years and will not stay anywhere else!
Overall, a perfect stay! Location is right on the water, with the added luxury of ocean waves at night. Our host was gracious and accommodating, and the unit was clean, well maintained, and the kitchen had all the items we needed. Thank you, we look forward to returning!

We have been to Kihei a number of times and this was by far our favorite condo rental experience.
I'm so glad we booked this location. Diana is a great host and provided all the information, details, answers, etc. prior to our trip and during our trip. We didn't have any issues, she just followed up to make sure things were going ok. The location of the property is great. Excellent beach and snorkeling access right outside your door. The area is very family friendly with food, shops, rental equipment right across the street. The condo is really nice and very well maintained. Very clean and updated and everything worked as expected. We didn't cook a ton but everything you need is provided and the appliances are new and really nice. Beach chairs, mats, and towels were provided along with some boogie boards and pool toys. The pool is also great. It has a glass fence which blocks out some of the wind but doesn't restrict the view. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation.
