We had an amazing stay! The property is accessible and close to North Shore activities and to Laie. The house was clean and beautiful!

Beautiful home! Well equipped with all the necessities for cooking. Lots of beach supplies. The beds were super comfortable and the home was well air conditioned. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We stayed here for my wife’s birthday with our family. We wanted a place that was on the north shore where we could easily access the beaches and this place perfect. Having beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and a cooler provided made it very easy to commute to the beaches every day. It’s also a short ride to the restaurants at Turtle which was great. Highly recommend this place
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo has all the beach stuff you need and a well equipped kitchen. The location is also good. Beautiful walks and beaches nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
Do not stay this property. It is infested with roaches. We followed all protocol with taking out trash everyday as well as only having food in the kitchen or dining area. I know it’s an island and I expect bugs but not giant cockroaches crawling on me in the middle of the night. Also the water pressure is so strong it is painful. There is no way to adjust the water pressure at all. This could be easily fixed with an adjustable shower head. There is only one small fry pan to cook on that sticks to everything. The couch is outdoor furniture and very uncomfortable to sit on. The only reason I gave this a 2 star is because there is a lot of beach stuff. Also the upstairs main bedroom air is extremely loud and never gets cool.
We rent in Kuilima at least 1-2 times each year and we've seen many different rentals over the years. This was definitely one of the best. We greatly appreciated the upgraded AC. Everything was clean and well maintained. Very comfortable! Hopefully there is availability for this unit when we're back next time!

Wonderful location with easy access to North Shore excursions. This condo has everything you need! Well maintained living quarters with lots of beach gear for your use. Several pools to choose from in walking distance. Charcoal BBQ is within pool area. Full kitchen that will help keep the cost of food down by not going out as much. If you are looking for a condo on The North Shore and would like to stay within budget this is the place for your family!
What a great place to stay! The property was just as it was listed with all of the "need to know" details in a binder on a table in the entryway. Emily also gifted a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts to us as a welcome gift.There were so many extras that took away added expenses for us. Such as laundry soap, dryer sheets, fabric softener, spices, coffee filters, bathroom amenities with bath soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooler and so much more.When we needed to reach Emily to ask a question, she was very prompt to respond. The beach is 5 minutes away, there are tennis courts and pools available as well. I wish we could've stayed longer.
We had a wonderful stay at this Turtle Bay property during our recent family trip to the North Shore of Oahu. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it the perfect base for our vacation.One of the highlights was the location. It’s just a short walk to the Ritz-Carlton, where we were able to enjoy their restaurants, spa, beach, and other resort activities—such a great perk! The shared grill area by the pool was also a nice touch for laid-back evenings.Just a heads-up for future guests: the third bedroom is more of an open balcony space rather than a fully enclosed room, but it works really well for kids and still felt private and cozy.Overall, we were very comfortable throughout our stay and truly enjoyed the accommodation! We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located spot on the North Shore.
Great location in a secure complex. Easy access to the North Shore sites of interest. Communication from the hosts was excellent and check in process was super easy. Condo was clean and comfortable and had everything you need for being self contained.
My siblings, my husband and I thoroughly enjoy this unit. It's clean and right on the golf course. We felt very safe in this area. It's within walking distance to beaches. We a huge turtle was hanging out the beach eating the green. We didn't disturb it and it finally swept away by a big wave. We love this place. My "almost" not exactly perfect was the AC. My siblings who stayed in the loft and suffer the heat. There were few days in heat wave. The AC in the master bedroom was blowing right in our faces so we couldn't sleep well. The location of the AC in this unit are not placing in the most effective way. Other than that, I'd recommend it to friends to stay here and just aware of the AC issues.
We were a family of 5 and had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable and luckily the condo came equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels! The only comment I would say is to provide more towel racks. I completely understand the request to not put wet towels on furniture, but providing more towel racks in the bathrooms would be very helpful. The 2nd floor bathroom did not have any towel racks… even for a hand towel. We really try to be respectful of other people’s homes and adhere to the requests but we were having trouble finding enough space to dry towels and not have to do laundry every day.The loft is a bit warm but with the ceiling fan, it was fine. Location was great and we were able to enjoy the turtle bay resort. Highly recommend staying!
Our family was visiting for a wedding at a nearby location and booked this VRBO location to be close to other families and the wedding venue. We enjoyed our time at the condo and went to the beach multiple times during our stay. We found the condo to be very clean and enjoyed the outdoor space overlooking the golf course. The kitchen had many supplies that we needed so that was helpful when we made a couple meals. The host left a lovely welcome gift that was a big hit with the kids and a helpful guide with instructions. We needed to take our car to the beach early in the morning to get a parking spot and avoid the battle for parking. Did not make it to the pool but enjoyed a few walks around. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries. Overall Hawaii is very humid, and the air conditioning was sufficient but loud in the bedrooms. Our kids stayed in the loft area but it would be warm if we did not leave the bedroom doors open to cool the space. Had a lovely stay.
We stayed at the condo with 4 adults and 2 teenagers in March, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the condo was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location on the North Shore is ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet close to so many great spots. We enjoyed Lei Lei’s Restaurant nearby on the golf course. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’d definitely come back!
This was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the kids shared the loft. The loft did get pretty hot, but they had a ceiling fan and tower fan, plus we brought up the tower fan from the living room so that helped. There were blackout curtains in the loft to help block the morning light. We loved that there were boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and even some snorkel gear to use. Three community is great and the pools were nice.
Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, clean, nice towels, everything you needed for the beach. Ice machine.
Our group loved this place! It was clean, modern and the grounds were beautiful. We had everything we could possibly need. The thing we had to do at check-out was throw out the trash.
We had such a fun time. It was a nice walk to the beach. Great location. We found a dead cockroach on the floor which is why I left 4 stars for cleanliness. Also one of the beach chairs we tried to use had a big rip in the seat so we couldn’t use that one.
The property was great. Exactly as advertised. It was well stocked with plenty of beach toys as well. We enjoyed sitting outside on the golf course.

We had a great stay at the property, the location is great, the neighborhood very safe and friendly and it’s an easy walk to the beach and the Turtle Bay resort and restaurants.The property itself is clean but a bit dated. The AC units are very loud and some of the furniture broken. We kept having to fix the toilet from the downstairs bathroom. Overall it’s pretty good.
Hands down the nicest condo I have ever rented anywhere. Directions and codes arrived on time, no stress about arrival details. Open the door and relax! The condo was spotless, with hotel quality sheets and towels, amenities we didn't expect as well as TONS of toys. We did add more masks and snorkels to the stock LOL. High end appliances, very nice decorations and one reason I chose this unit, functionall mini-split and room AC plus fans and screen lanai. Mahalos for everything, I would rent here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed a couple of nights on the North Shore of Oahu. The condo was spacious and as advertised and the communication / check in was seamless. I would recommend to others
no instructions for tv viewing, need to improve living room seating comfort, great shower but need towel racks.
