This is a beautiful property and the unit is well cared for. The grounds and pools are gorgeous. Communication with both the owner and onsite management was easy and responsive. Everything was immaculate and well maintained. The photos and description are accurate. We would defintely stay again!

This place was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable with everything anyone could need for a beach vacation from beach chairs, cooler, cart, and equipment. The lanai was spectacular with unbelievable views of the pools, coi ponds, lagoon beach, and beautiful sunset. Very relaxing!We explored a number of other beach areas on the island and all agreed our lagoon beach was one of the nicest. We'd go back in a heartbeat! Our host was also one of the best! Be sure to check out Monkeypod, Mina's Fish House and the Island Market (ABC store).

We all had a wonderful visit. The villa was clean, had plenty of bath and beach towels. Enough pots and pans for cooking. Beautiful balcony for morning coffee. Enough space for all of us and a lovely round dining table for family meals. One little hiccup repair but was handled efficiently. Mahalo

Beautiful views of ocean and pool/gardens/koi ponds. Super clean 3 bedroom villa, great AC and water pressure. The owner and management communicate very well and provide clear instructions. The tiki bar is awesome too, great drinks and snacks. Will definitely be back for a longer stay!

We stayed for a week with my family and in-laws. This space was perfect for 5 adults and 1 child. The place had everything we needed, including necessities for cooking and a ton of toys and beach gear for easy trips to the lagoon. The view from the lanai was top notch, we’re glad we shelled out a little extra for the view and extra bedroom!

Our family of six had an absolutely incredible week at the Ko Olina Beach Villas! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property, breathtaking ocean views, and top-notch amenities. What a lovely experience! The whole property was beautiful and relaxing. Really nice that there was a designated quiet pool in addition to a more family-friendly one. Unit 702 was comfortable, well stocked -- everything from beach chairs and snorkel gear to a high chair and playing cards -- and has a gorgeous view. We loved the pools and the lagoons and also enjoyed the walking path along the beach. The included parking space was a really nice bonus. The owner is quick to respond to messages and so friendly. Would love to stay here again sometime. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Visited Oahu for a week and stayed at this property again. All amenities were available as described in the listing. It’s a great get away from the busy city of Honolulu and Waikiki area. The lagoons were relaxing and not crowded. The chairs, umbrella and wagon provided extra convenience when going to the lagoons. The pools and hot tubs on the property were well maintained. Convenient parking for guests too. Will definitely come back!

This condo worked perfectly for our two families, pair of private elevators opens to hallway for just 23 bedroom units. Wall of windows slides open each morning for amazing ocean and sunset views. Kids had a great time at the pool and beach, cocktails and live music in the evenings. Would not hesitate at all to stay again.

Me and my family and our cousin and his family stayed at this property. It was beautiful with absolutely amazing views. The check in process was straightforward. But the house rules are definitely strictly enforced. Be prepared to go to bed by 9pm if you stay at this resort. We were out on the balcony and had a few noise complaints. There was also a friendly reminder about clothes on the lanai. All in all it was good. But definitely on the quieter side.

Amazing View from the Lanai, 3 generous bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms as well as a really nice kitchen, for me and my family a place like this makes it so much more enjoyable on vacation to be able to stretch out and have our own space and chill or cook when we want or take a few steps to a pool or beach when we want. They had a lot of great beach and pool equipment, snorkels, boogie boards, etc. Parking is super easy as well, a few steps from the elevator that goes right to a small foyer that only has two condos on it, I think we saw people in the elevator 2-3 times in the week we were there. It feels really private but also has amenities that make it fun for adults and kids. There is also a really cool beach bar close to the pool that has a small amount of food and snacks so you don't totally miss some of the resort amenities of a large resort. We'd definitely stay again.

This was our first time staying Ko Olina Beach Villas. Check-in was nice, the person was kind and helpful showing us the important pieces. We loved how close the property is to the beach and we mostly used the pool that was 3/4ft pool. My daughter loves feeding the koi fish each day. The home was nice, beds were comfortable, and view from the condo was lovely. We really appreciated the elevator access that was close also. Shower and big bath tub were nice for my little one. Housekeeping could do better but other than that we would stay here again.
