The condo was perfect for our group of three couples. Access to the beach was so easy and we really enjoyed our time there! Very convenient and beautiful location with lots of amenities and restaurants in the area.
Such a great place to stay. Check in was super easy and Shane was ready for us and took our luggage up to the room so we could go get some lunch. The kitchen had everything and anything we could think of to use. The views of the ocean from the balcony were amazing. We will definitely be back!
The property has beautiful views everywhere you look. The lagoon was perfect…sandy beaches, calm waters, and snorkeling with many different, colorful fish. You also have access to the other properties close by for food and their lagoons. Perfect place to stay while in Oahu!
Can’t think of a better place to stay. It was perfect in all regards!!! Had the best time. So glad to have stayed here.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Sunset pictures (which I will post later) full moon sunrise pictures. You can’t imagine how serene this place is. We will be staying again. The host was wonderful and understanding (we accidentally broke a dish). The owner was responsive and the grounds were PERFECT! We have friends that live nearby (who suggested this particular place). It’s located by wonderful shops, restaurants and is literally next door to the Disney resort (but I would forgo Disney to stay here, it was literally 10,000 less expensive.
Our family of 5, 3 adult children and parents, found this unit to be perfect in every way! We have stayed in various places across the islands over the last 4 years and our daughter exclaimed, “It’s like Goldilocks. . .just right!” Plenty space, clean and inviting, incredible views! Enjoyed all of our meals on the wonderful lanai, listening to the birds chirping and happy sounds from all of the visitors around us. The proximity of the beautiful beach walk along all 4 lagoons, access to the beach and ocean and pristine pools is unparalleled. The highlight was swimming in the lagoon, being able to see so many beautiful fish and daily sightings of a sea turtle!
The apartment is amazing! Comfortable, very well stocked, and located in the beautiful Ko Olina area.The balcony is spacious and the views were incredible. Overall it was a great experience. I recommend it 100%.
This is a great unit. It has a great view of the ocean and surrounding areas, but stays cool and in the shade (cool for Hawaii ie 82) The unit is well maintained, has lots of cooking and dinner ware. This is our second time staying in this unit, and I would stay again in a second.
The photos don’t do this place justice, simple check-in and the facility is excellently thought out. Always clean and quiet, everyone from other guest to the staff are very friendly. Kid friendly and away from the hustle of the city.
This condo was perfect for our stay with our grown kids. There was something to do for everyone. The location was great and the view was fantastic. Watched the whales off in the distance every morning.

The property and surrounding amenities were excellent.
I highly recommend Khanh’s property for anyone looking for a clean, spacious, fully stocked, and comfortable accommodation for a family of 8. We stayed in Jan 2025.Check in was seamless, complete with a greeter to welcome us at the front, assist with luggage, and tour us around the facilities and our own villa. Communication was strong and prompt before and during our stay. We thought the coffee maker was broken, and had reached out to someone to get a replacement. She responded quickly, checked out the appliance, and had a replacement coffee maker just in case. Turns out it was user error on our part and the coffee maker worked for the duration of our stay! The 3br, 3ba was perfect for our family of 8 which ranged from a 1 year old to my MIL who had wheelchair needs.The villa is FULLY STOCKED. As a mother of a toddler I packed everything I could possibly need, but when we arrived I quickly noticed we did not need to bring additional baby gear. For families with children, this villa has a pack and play, 2 high chairs, 1 step stool, 3 various sized swimming vests, 6 beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella, wagon with big wheels, sand toys, and 4 boogie boards. We were living life with all of these extras! The villa also provided ample dishwashing/dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. By the end of the trip we had to buy a little more toilet paper but that was expected for a family our size. It also had every appliance or kitchen tppl under the sun. Would book again!

We have a good stay in the condo. I was concerned about the parking, but we did not have any issues. The slot is pretty big to accommodate the ford explorer - 7 seats. The view is good and as expected. We brought our own snorkeling gears. Would like to come back again.

This condo was everything we could ask for. We took our married kids and our grandkids for the first time to see our favorite vacation spot. This did not disappoint. From having two spacious masters and a third wonderful room. To the view and the beach supplies provided. The kitchen had everything you need to make wonderful meals. The staff at the resort were so friendly. We love this location. The pools are beautiful and the lagoon is great for all ages. The beds are comfortable. Shane was so helpful when we arrived he texted us shortly after we landed and was quick to respond for any needs we had during our stay. Kapolei is so close with amazing restaurants and stores.this was a nice place to land at the end of the day whether we had driven to the north shore or across the island to Waikiki. We will stay here again for sure.
We had a wonderful time! The pools were nice for the kids. The room was nice and clean. Communication with staff was excellent.

Bed mattresses are all hard, master bedroom bed is extremely high. (Needed a stepstool) Shower in master bath needs a restrictor or new shower head. New washer and dryer were great. All kitchen appliances worked great Proximatety to pools. beach, bar, marina, and Luau were great as well as shopping. View from the patio is great. Spent alot of time there. Good security.
Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. The unit had everything we needed for our 9 days there. It's an ideal place for young children as the beach is less than 5 minutes away and there are a couple of swimming pools to choose from. We felt safe at the lagoons with our young grandkids, and they loved it on the beach. We like to cook our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again.
My only ding would be that we were told we only had one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom to use for our stay, which ran low on the 8th day. Other than that, wonderful place to share and make memories together with family!

We had our entire family at the villa for a week and it was great. Everything was just as described when we were looking for a family friendly location in HI. Great amenities, location was perfect, surrounding were beautiful! Would love to vacation on the 9th floor of the Ko Olina Beach Villas again.
