Rooms were very nice and plenty of room. Appliances were up to date. We had a wonderful time

Everything about this place was perfect. Location within resort, furnishings, appliances, layout, were all just great. I had an excellent time here.
We had a very good stay in the beach tower.This condo overlooks the pool and also a partial ocean view. Very clean unit and well decorated. Kitchen had all the cooking supplies needed! We used the rice cooker as well. Freezer had an ice maker. Pick up groceries and cook or you can walk over to the other hotel restaurants. The bar had a few things on the food menu. Unit has huge balcony with dining table and lounge chair. Elevator conveniently close by. This location in KoOlina is away from the city in Waikiki and it’s not a far drive to get there or North Shore. We also went to the east side and it was a 45 min drive. The lagoon is a very close walk from the room and it’s not as crowded as the other 3 lagoons.Washer and dryer in unit was a life saver. The closet is also full of beach supplies that come in handy.
Family of 6 came for wedding. Location was perfect, easy and clean. Sleeping was a bit tight and pullout not really comfortable but the rest of the unit was very comfortable. Easy check in and out. Property was beautiful with easy access to beach etc.

Wonderful facilities with great pool and lagoon fun. We had a local host Shane that was quick to help us with any specifics and the room itself is very comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen. Not many restaurant options within walking distance and you have to drive about 15 minutes for groceries… there is a small local grocery nearby for those things you forgot and quick picnic items.otherwise it was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the pool and beach. We’ve stayed at this property before in a different unit. Both times had an amazing stay, but the location of this particular unit gave us a stunning ocean view. Really couldn’t be happier with our experience and we will definitely be back to stay again.
Ideal location. The lagoons are excellent for snorkeling and the unit had all snorkeling equipment provided. Room is as advertised…very nice! If I could offer one suggestion it would be to upgrade the lanai furniture.
We are a family of 4 and stayed for 8 nights in March of 2025. This is our second time in the Ko Olina area but our first time at the Beach Villas. The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything we could need. The lanai and the view of the ocean was great. Everyone loved the pools and the beach area. Finally, also great to have the owners provide beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and other beach amenities to use. Everything exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Everything was good except the furniture and rugs need to be updated. Trey are stained and have a permanent dirt look. The place needs a good dusting and cleaning of walls.
This is our 4th time staying at the Beach Villas and this is the best unit we have stayed in! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, Tupperware, salt/pepper/evoo and the beach gear (towels, chairs, toys, wagon) is in great shape.
This was our first time staying in the beach tower and the only thing we had to get used to was the noise from the main pool. It really wasn’t bad (didn’t keep us up) but you can hear other guests enjoying the amenities until 9pm when the pool closes. The other thing is that the second bedroom does not have shutters on the window so it doesn’t get dark during the day (potential concern if you still have babies who nap). Overall, great place, would stay here again!
Great place to stay! Were enjoyed our time immensely. The property is beautiful and close to the beach. Restaurants are within walking distance.

We just returned from a weeklong stay with our 3 kids and cannot say enough amazing things about this property and the entire resort! It truly felt like a home away from home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kids especially loved all the beach toys! The location is perfect, with beautiful views and it added to our enjoyment that we could keep an eye on our older kids at the pool from the lanai so they could have fun with friends while we have our toddler a break. The pictures don’t do it justice and we hope to return next year!
The VRBO listing was very accurate. This unit was completely stocked with everything you could need. Ko’Olina Beach Villas are located on the Leeward coast of Oahu. It’s quiet, uncrowded beaches, but close to stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and people were patient. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

My parents and husband and I stayed here it was perfect amount of space and the view is perfect from the patio we sat on patio everyday to see the ocean views :) I would definitely stay here again next time we come back to ko olina :)

The location of this unit is great! Loved the proximity to the lagoons and short walk/drive to nearby restaurants and shops. Town of Kapolei 10 min away by car so very convenient for groceries and other amenities. The unit was well stocked with beach toys/cart/floaties and spices/seasonings in the kitchen. Spacious kitchen/living area and nice layout with 2 large ensuites. Comfortable beds and good size bathrooms
My only suggestions would be that the cleaning could be a little more attentive as the tables/tv stand were a bit caked in dust as if they hadnt been well cleaned in a while. The pans in the kitchen were in very poor condition with teflon flaking off, so are due for replacement to maintain food safety. Also the cooking utensils were melted at the tips, also due for replacement.

Extremely safe and secure property with an amazing lagoon access. The room is completely furnished and had a great layout for sharing. The room even comes equipped with all the beach equipment and towels that you could need. The properties only amenities are a beautiful pool, bbq pits, with seating area, and a walk up poolside bar. There is no food available to purchase on the property. The closest available food, coffee, or store is a fifteen minute walk away. As long as you know ahead of time these pros and cons you can prepare. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again in the future.
