Just got home from a 8 day stay with my mom, siblings & grandkids and this was a perfect house for the group. Location was fantastic to explore the entire north side of Kauai. Easy access to explore the various beaches, attractions and quick drive down to Hanalei. You can walk to the Hideaway beach access trail or make it a quick drive. Current beach inventory in the garage were two medium size coolers, tons of sand toys, lots of snorkel gear, one huge coleman costco canopy tent, one tommy bahama umbrella, two surfboards, couple boogies boards and about 6-7 chairs. Owner was extremely responsive and made access and the couple small things we encountered not a big deal at all. Would definitely stay again.
This house is so good, especially for larger groups. Trying to find accommodations for different family groups is always tricky on Kauai and this house really delivered. The house management is very friendly and prompt. The kids loved the direct access to the swimming pool. The kitchen is large. The outdoor lanai with large eating table was well used by our group. The garage has tons of beach toys, snorkels, fins, a wagon, and a shade structure for the beach. We brought our own shade structure but having a big, rigid shade structure was rad. The extra fridge in the garage was well used on our stay. 10/10 would recommend. The mini splits in each room was perfection.
We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was very comfortable and the views are breathtaking. It was also easy to get to shops and beaches. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely go back.
We had an absolutely great time staying in this house. There were 12 of us. The garage was stocked with boogie boards, umbrellas, ice chests, beach chairs,etc. We had access to the tennis courts located behind the house and from the upper level of the house we could watch the matches. From the upper level the views are spectacular. The kitchen is spacious with lots of seating for breakfast and dinners. The living area has loads of room for playing a grand game of charades. I would highly recommend this home for anyone’s next adventure in Kauai.
The house was the right size for our family. It is in a beautiful location. We could see the sunset from the balcony, kitchen and dining room. There were plenty of towels, toys, and parking. We will stay there again if it is available in two years.

It was clean, it was beautiful, it was so roomy, it was stocked with everything you’d possible need. There were bikes, surf boards, sand toys. The kitchen had everything you’d have in your own kitchen. Their communication and response was great. My best experience with Vrbo ever!!!!
I’ve rented several VRBO‘s in Kauai over the past several years, but this was the best so far. We are a family of nine, three seniors, four adults, and two children - fortunate enough to have been to Kauai several times. The location is fantastic, especially for an active six and three year-old, as it is located next-door to a tennis court and pool, and a short distance away from the beautiful Kauai beaches.The layout of the house is great and the amenities – kitchen utensils, pots, and pans, dishes, and glassware; linens; and beach supplies were all very good quality and generous.Communication with the owner was very responsive and the property itself was immaculate. Highly, highly recommended.
Very comfortable, plenty of room, the kids had a wonderful time at the tennis courts and pool.
This house could not have been more perfect for our family vacation. The neighborhood was beautiful, the house was beautiful, and the views from the house were stunning.
We had 9 adults, 1 teen, and two toddlers and needed 5 bedrooms. This house was perfect. We all fit comfortably!
The location was perfect too. Nothing was really in walking distance but still so close and a short drive to beaches, dining, shopping, and sightseeing.
Highly recommend this property for large parties.
We had 12 adults stay here for a trip, including 5 couples, and the house was fantastic! Plenty of space with two couches, there was all kinds of cooking supplies, plenty of towels, and a bunch of beach supplies! The outdoor shower was a hit too. Really a fantastic stay - would highly recommend!
Our family of 12 was originally booked at a timeshare resort. After a horrible first two nights we decided to leave and booked this amazing home. Gabe was incredible throughout the whole experience and very responsive to all of our questions. If you’re looking for a welcoming home with plenty of space for a large family / multiple families, then this is it! Air conditioning is not central, but all of the bedrooms cooled down quickly. The AC unit in the living room / kitchen was not as efficient and that space was a lot warmer. Overall, we loved the location, layout, cleanliness and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
This Vrbo has everything you will ever need, especially for a big party. We had a party of 12 and everyone had their own bed and slept comfortably. 3.5 bathrooms as well so it was more than enough. The dining table inside and outside had the most beautiful view of the mountains. We used the grill multiple nights and used the kitchen to cook food every day, it has everything you need. The outside shower is a huge plus, and has a hose as well to rinse off your feet or sandals.
The backyard is spacious and has a great jacuzzi and grill. The garage is packed with everything you need for the beach and pool. We used the given beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles, snorkel gear, boogie board, surfboard and coolers.
A few of us worked from home here, the wifi is fast and reliable. The pictures are just as beautiful as it looks and the hosts replied very quickly for any questions needed.
The house was absolutely fantastic amazing beautiful!!!! It was immaculate!! It was spacious and airy with incredible views. The windows and natural light were heavenly. The house had every amenity one could possibly imagine. Wonderful beach towels, bath towels, kitchen towels. It had more than enough beach chairs for our family which was a party of 10. There were surf boards and body boards and masks and find. My kids were in heaven!!! There were also awesome ice chests. I can’t tell you how greatly this house was stocked for guests.There were multiple refrigerators to accommodate all the food we purchased at Costco. The location was amazing in Princeville near beautiful beaches and great little shops.
This home was perfect for our group of 11! Plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably and relax. The pictures do not do the property real justice; it is even better in person. The proximity to the community pool and tennis courts was an added bonus. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the Princeville area.
This beautiful home in Princeville was perfect for our family’s stay. It is very large and spacious and each member of our family appreciated having their own space after spending all day together. We fell in love with Kauai! The garage was filled with all kinds of beach gear including boogie boards, chairs, swim noodles, 2 small surf boards, umbrellas for shade, snorkel gear and more! The home was easy to access and we spent a lot of time on both north and south shores. We highly recommend staying in this home and we would stay here again!
My family of 12 people stayed for one week. We had a great time. The house was big enough for all of us. Features that I liked the most included the upstairs covered porch, large kitchen and drive through driveway. The neighborhood was beautiful, and we took several early morning walks. The trails to Hideaway beach, the resort beach and Queens Bath took about 20 minutes to walk to. It's a fancy house with great views and plenty of room to spread out. We had a great time and I highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group.

The property is amazing. The views out the back on the second floor are things you dream of. The tennis court is lined for pickleball and I don’t think we saw another person use it same for the pool but even we didn’t use that because the beaches are so close and we are in Hawaii, best use the beaches! The only suggestion that I would make would be to put a privacy film over all the bathroom windows. Especially the downstairs ones. Anyone could walk up next to the front door and peak into the master bathroom with a short boost. Otherwise our stay was great! Thanks again!
