We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Very comfortable, well stocked, nicely furnished and sparkling clean. Would highly recommend staying here if you have a chance. Pictures on the website do not compare in person, it is so much better! Would love to return here someday.

My wife and I enjoyed our one week stay at the condo. Description of the condo was spot on. We especially enjoyed taking advantage of the kitchen with its fully stocked appliances and utensils. A couple of nights we just cooked in instead of finding a restaurant and coffee in the morning. A couple of minor problems came up and we contacted the property manager, Jason. During a rain storm the handle on a few of the windows were broken not allowing us to close them. Jason explained the ocean air was really hard on metal. Then after washing a load of clothes we discovered the dryer had a broken on/off knob. Jason contacted his cleaning crew working in another unit, had a lady pick up our laundry to dry them. She returned the clothes dried and neatly folded within a hour. Very nice lady. Would stay in the condo on our next visit to Kauai.

The place is perfect. Very quiet, cosy and clean. We mostly cook our own food and the kitchen is very well equiped. Quick reply from the owner.

We had a short but great stay. The condo is completely renovated, clean, well laid out and very nicely decorated in a classy Hawaiian way. Check in was great. Would stay here again without question.
This condo was very comfortable and the tranquil natural area provided nice privacy. The kitchen was the best equipped we’ve seen and everything you could want for the beach was also provided. Cleanliness was excellent!

This was a wonderful home for our time in Kauai! The unit is spacious, clean, and has wonderful amenities. The communication with the host was timely and helpful. The location provides great access to Princeville and the northern part of the island. The views in every direction was also the highlight of our trip. Whether is is looking towards the ocean or the mountains, it was breathtaking in every direction!
A hidden gem ! Don't miss out on the opportunity to book this beautiful condo as it became our dream home. This unit is perfectly nestled between the mountains and the ocean. We had good privacy and quiet. From one bedroom, we enjoyed the mountain view and the other bedroom window gave us a peek into the vast Pacific ocean. We had beautiful winds blowing in and enjoyed viewing the starry nights. This condo was immaculate. Beautiful decor and well-stocked kitchen and beach accessories like snorkel and chairs etc. The manager was very quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, courteous, professional, and flexible. On our last day, we got a glimpse of the beautiful rainbow as well and it was straight from the patio. From the patio, we saw so many birds. Beds were very comfortable. Felt like we were home ! With the pool right opposite and accessible parking, it was one of our best VRBO stays !
The complex is perfectly located close to food, beaches, Queens bath, and grocery. I will definitely return again ! Thanks so much for hosting us.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location on the North Shore of Kauai! Fantastic views of the mountains from the balcony. Incredibly clean and fully stocked, perfect for your vacation stay. Plenty of gorgeous beaches close by for swimming, snorkeling, surfing, tanning and just relaxing. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat at the end of your busy day on the Island, this is the condo for you!
This was our sixth visit to Kauai and this was THE best place we’ve stayed at. The condo has a great layout, excellent updates/renovations that made it clean, modern and comfortable with plenty of smart updates (dimmers on most lights, well set up window coverings, flooring and furniture fabrics that were perfect for the environment).
The bed was comfortable and the bedding, pillows and towels were all lovely. The kitchen was well set up (good quality utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.) and a delight to use. The bathrooms were terrific too.
Jason was very accommodating, a quick communicator and very easy to deal with.
We would recommend this wonderful condo to family and friends in a heartbeat! Mahalo Jason!
We stayed for 5 nights in this wonderful condo. The apt has everything you would need in a place. The water gear was plentiful and in good condition. The kitchen was well appointed. We were traveling as a family if 4 and the place was perfect. The only minor thing that put us off was how the host communicated. Accommodating small requests goes a long way in this business.
Clean, well equipped and plenty of space for 4 people. Balcony was our favorite place for coffee in the morning and tea in the evening with some very friendly birds.
This is a fantastic condo. The pictures describe the space well, but it is hard to capture the beauty of the lanai! It is nicely located off the main busier roads, but easy to get to restaurants and shops in the area. It is equipped with everything needed for the stay; beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, dishes, utensils, and all the way down to shampoo too. The host was responsive to a check in question and we had no issues throughout our stay.
