Great location. Had all of the amenities for a great trip. Beach chairs, beach towels and small cooler to enjoy a beach day or sunset. Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. Quick/easy walk to baby beach with green sea turtles basking on the sand and great snorkeling on a quiet/secluded beach! We will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay
We loved the location. The best Snorkeling on the island was right across the street. In the evening we sat by the pool which was well maintained and clean. The room was spotless and had all the basic amenities you might need. We highly recommend this property!
This was a great studio!! The kitchen was fully stocked, bed was very comfortable and a nice small balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning. Enjoyed walking across the street to the Beach House lawn area in evenings for beautiful sunsets. Nice sandy beaches within 5 minute drive and saw turtles and monk seals on beach!!! Highly recommend!!
This place is an ideal example of simple beauty, with everything you need, and nothing you don’t! Our stay here provided a central point to explore all we hoped to do on the island, and a respite for the end of the day with excellent air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen and super comfortable king size bed. So close to the beach, we walked there in a couple of minutes! When the beach was crowded, the pool was waiting… with cool water and calm ambience. The hosts are extremely helpful and kind…I am already planning when to stay here again.
Absolutely a GEM! Perfect for a single getaway or a couple! Easy access to stores, both grocery and other. Perfect spot to rest and rejuvenate. Accommodations are clean, cozy and very comfortable. Pool is lovely. If you’re looking for a quiet, restorative getaway this is the place. If you want a little more action you can walk across the street to the Beach House restaurant or drive a few mins to other restaurants and beaches. I will definitely returning for another visit and will be recommending this property to friends and family.
My husband and I did a spur of the moment trip to Kauai and were blessed to snag this place. We were sweetly greeted with traditional Hawaiian chocolates and cookies. Our room and location were perfect! The entire place was new and shiny and set up nicely for hanging out with plenty of space. We loved the cozy chairs to relax with a drink, patio set to enjoy the birds and coffee in the morning and the other table and chairs to do a little work…the owners thought this out! One of the best things about this place is the privacy and how quiet it is. The unit is on the 2nd level and the beautiful Hawaiian landscape fills the grounds outside the patio …so not only do you have a gorgeous view, it feels peaceful and private. The pool was a wonderful treat to cool off in and chat with some of the other guests. The owners provide beach chairs which were perfect to take across the street to enjoy the beach and the grassy area in front of the Beachhouse restaurant…we spent a lot of time over there watching the surfers, enjoying the best sunsets and snorkeling- some of the best snorkeling we’ve ever done! It is also located in a great spot to walk to the Kukui‘ula village which offers a ton of yummy food and treats and shopping. Living Foods, Eating House and Uncle’s shaved ice were are favorites. Holoholo grill, a little further down the way, had awesome breakfast and people watching! You can’t go wrong staying here and would 100% return.
