Beautiful villa. Great location.
Very clean and comfortable. A little far up the west coast, so will take some driving to get to other parts of the island. The location is very scenic, great views from the balcony of the ocean and golf course. We really enjoyed our stay.
Maui is one of our favorite places to visit every year and the condo did not disappoint. It was clean, comfortable, and close by restaurants and beaches. If you want to get around quickly, have a rental car or take the free shuttle, otherwise it was a nice walk to most places.
Thank you for exceeding my expectations! We are a family of five with 3 teenagers, 19, 19, & 17. The unit was very clean and organized with helpful items in the kitchen, lanai storage closet, and extra coolers to take to beach. Beautiful views of the ocean. Maybe time to invest in new mattresses. We needed to take the extra foam top off of each mattress because it was too gushy for husband and myself and teenagers. I was very comfortable on regular mattress afterwards, but husband and teens thought the mattresses could be better. Could just be preference. Sofa bed was comfortable for one teenager.
This was my second time renting at Kapalua villas and absolutely love this area with the Cook pines and serene location. Thank you so much for making our 11 days stay very comfortable in your lovely condo. Also, beautiful artwork!
Very nice stay, couldn't ask for more, had everything we need. Nice view. And nice location, short distance to pretty much everywhere. Will come back!
Ryan the property manager was great at keeping us informed and always quick to reply. Good sized, clean, modern and well situated condo within kapalua. Walking distance to the best snorkeling spot in Maui

Rented this unit for my 81 year old father who joined us in Maui this year. It's 2 bedrooms on a single story which was ideal as my dad didn't want to go up and down the stairs to his bedroom each night.
Usually, 2 bedroom units in this condo complex go for considerably more. This one came at a great price. It is comfortable and well-considered. The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently remodeled and are very comfortable. My only note is that there is carpet in the bedrooms so anyone with allergies should be aware. The unit was very clean so there was actually no issues with that.
The unit has all the amenities needed for a wonderful beach vacation, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. The susnet views over the water are beautiful from the large lanai. The shuttle to the beach is one of the best amenities of all the Kapalua Villas as you don't have to worry about beach parking.
The property was immaculate and in a great location. Good size for our family of four and great views from the double lanai. We could not have asked for a better place to use as our starting point everyday or a better place to come back to each evening. I highly recommend this property- you won’t go wrong!
Beautiful views and a great space for a family. The lanai has amazing views of Kapalua. The location was convenient in the resort and pools were lovely.
