Great stay. Good location, well-maintained grounds, and building. Great Lenai and floor-to-ceiling windows for a great mountain view and some ocean views. Our room was near the Garbage chute on the 6th floor. People would leave their trash bags on the floor and leave the door open causing the smell to percolate the surrounding hallway. Informed management and they started sending folks to check regularly. Signing on the door to leave it closed at all times would help.
This property had everything you need. The views were amazing. Very clean large unit.
We really enjoyed our stay here! My mother-in-law was over the moon with the expansive lanai with ocean view. It's to the side but still better (closer) than I expected from the photos. After visiting the pool area, we were grateful that this unit does not overlook it, as it can be pretty crowded and noisy with kids. The property was clean and spacious. The beach umbrella and Tommy Bahama chairs were indispensable. Rollaway bed for $19/night was probably not much better than the included pull-out couch. Would be nice to have salt and pepper in the kitchen. Overall we thought it was a great value though.
Communication was awesome! The condo was exactly what was pictured online. We had everything we could have possibly needed - beach stuff, pool stuff, laundry, full kitchen - we were so happy with our stay and we'll definitely be back!

Great experience. Our Condo was as advertised. Clean & beautiful with awesome large lanai. Resort was wonderful from valet to coffee shop, on site restaurants pools & easy walk to beach & water in front of units. Unit came equipped with beach chairs umbrella ice chest all very useful during our stay. Overall Great experience & enjoyable stay.
Our stay at Honua Kai was great! Unit 620 was perfect for our family. This two bedroom suite was clean and stocked with beach towels, beach toys, a pack-n-play, and many other baby items. The views were outstanding. We look forward to coming back again.
Booking was very easy and communication was great. Everything was as expected.
The unit was exactly as the pictures and description portrayed. I felt this unit was a very good value for what you get and it was clean and well stocked for our arrival. KBM did a good job of getting us ready for our trip and sent a link for us to pre-book activities we wanted to do. Having the rental car thrown in with the reservation was an added bonus as it was one less thing we had to deal with.
The grounds of the hotel were very nice and well manicured. The pools are nice and they seem to have something for everyone, even a "quiet" pool area. Dukes restaurant has good food albeit pricey as are most beachside restaurants.
KBM was great! We are on Maui twice a year. We will continue to use then for our trips. They are thorough and very customer service oriented. I have already referred then to a family member who is booking their first trip to Maui.
