The villa was clean and spacious and worked for our party of 12 Adults. Great location on the far side of Island, but only 30-45 mins to Airport, Pearl Harbor, Honolulu. 5 mins to local beach or 10 mins by car to Lanikai beach. Pool was very pleasant. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Located on corner of cul de sac and road which was quite busy, but plenty of local amenities and shops which are walkable but use of car preferable.
Location is great. Access to beach and Kailua town is easy. Great closet space.

Ive been renting houses in Kailua for over 20 years. If there is a place you can stay and get rained out the whole time and still be happy its this place. Sitting on the lanai is just as good as sitting on the beach. Lots of rental provided amenities as well. Will definitely be staying here again.
This house exceeded our expectations. 16 of us all had a comfortable place to sleep and lots of space to socialize or get time alone. The pool was perfect and used a lot and the access to the beach was so close. The beach was quiet with friendly people and the waves were so fun for boogie boarding and swimming, The house was clean, check in was easy, and the property manager was quick to answer questions. Our group had ages 10-50 and everyone of us had an amazing time. Highly recommend this house!!
We stayed for 10 days and the house was great!! The pool was used almost everyday and walking to beach to see the sunrise almost every morning was a Treat!! Definitely would stay on the north side it’s way quieter than Honolulu area.
Perfect vacation home! 11 of us stayed, plenty of room and very private & just a 3 minute walk to the beach. (Amazing sunrise view) Owners provided a lot of stuff most rentals don’t. Loved the location, away from the busy tourist part of the island. Highly recommend!
Good property I recommended
This house was perfect for our large group of 14. It’s clean, spacious, and the layout is great for being all together without being cramped. Each bedroom had plenty of storage to unpack our things, the beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have a/c units in each bedroom to accommodate each person’s temperature preference. There were so many pool towels that we didn’t need to bring our own. The kitchen is truly fully stocked! Pantry items (spices and dry goods) were plentiful, too. Don’t go to the grocery store until you see what’s there first in terms of spices and dried goods. The pool and beach toys, rafts, mats and accessories were in abundance! We were so grateful for the selection of those items! All of the bathrooms were spacious and clean, as well. The house has a “beach feel” to it and with the beach only a 2-minute walk it was a nice atmosphere. I especially appreciated the outdoor shower to keep the sand out of the house and pool - very convenient to have. The property manager was absolutely delightful! She, as well as the property owner, were very accommodating and friendly. The property manager even came by (planned) to greet us and tell us about some great local spots for food, shopping and fun. She was responsive when we reached out for anything. There was even a beautiful welcome basket waiting for us with snacks and fruit when we arrived. Love is in the details and we felt very welcomed by that small gesture. We would definitely rent this house again!
