The property is beautiful and peaceful. From the entrance with a fountain spilling over a large sculpture of dolphins to the open lobby spilling out into a tropical garden path. There is a convenient shop in the lobby where you can get anything. A Poke restaurant, a Hawai’i clothing store, and little shops where you can book activities. Outside there is an ice cream shop and a coffee shop. Beyond that 2 pools. Past the pools there is a pathway down to the beach. The room had a fantastic view and was well appointed. The lanai is just right. We walked to the East end of Waikiki to meet friends, that was only a mile or so and had endless access to amazing restaurants, beaches and shops!
For a single traveller, who wanted a convenient, quiet and peaceful vacation for 10 days, this condo was everything I was looking for and much more. The location was off the main Waikiki Beach which made for a quieter stay than other trips I have made to the area in the past. The condo had all of the amenities I required to make meals but it was also situated close to many fine restaurants and other eateries close by. I will be highly recommending this property to my friends and family. I also highly recommended this condo to couples and/or a small family. I just wished I had booked for a longer vacation.
We were able to book this property roughly a week before we left for Hawaii. It’s close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Close proximity to the giant mall. The unit was nice, however there isn’t a fitted sheet on the mattress. It’s just a flat sheet laid on there. That would be my only area of improvement to comment on.
Our stay here was great! Great view, enough plates and pots to cook, full kitchen. Very nice hotel. The food in the Cinamons restaurant was amazing. The ppl here were amazing. The only little flaw was that the bed didn’t have a fitted sheet and the extra in the closet wasn’t for the size of the king bed and we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work, but other than that I would definitely stay here again!
Good place to stay in Waikiki. Duke's Lagoon was a great place to rent snorkel gear and we had what we needed in our rental.
Not luxurious as advertised but good for Waikiki. Tired but comfortable property that needs a good clean and paint. Position ok but noisy. Don't rent from corporate bodies. Security staff fantastic!
This property is perfect in every way. The location is awesome and the room was neat and clean and very comfortable. We will try to stay her again on future visits
Stayed At Ilakai a couple times and this was the a superior condo. Exactly as described. Great communication from management.
Unit was nice and clean, beautiful view of the ocean. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and lagoon. Air conditioner worked really well, kitchen had everything I needed to cook too. Everything was perfect!
