William is probably one of the most renter-oriented owners I have met. His genuine care for those that stay in his property is reflected in communication, his willingness to provide extra attention and care where able, and desire to share his story and listen to yours.
The property and community itself is excellent. The home is unique and the experience was far superior to staying in a resort or hotel.
Price couldn't be beat, either.

I found this excellent location online by chance. I needed a place to stay, close to family, while preparing for my aunt's celebration of life service. The owner, William, was very kind and accommodating and made sure we had all of things we needed. I plan to come back at a later date.
We feel so blessed to have stayed here during our first visit to Hawaii. The house is beautiful and exceptionally clean! We initially stayed for 4 nights and then returned for another 2 nights because we were unhappy at the resort we booked for the second half of our trip. We were all ecstatic and relieved to go back to this property! William was so kind and gave us many valuable pointers about the island. This is a beautiful property! Clean, comfortable, peaceful and very safe. Kapolei is one of the best places on the island. Not too busy but close to stores like Costco and Target.
This property is very close to great beaches and it is less than a 10 minute drive to the only water park in Hawaii.
We will definitely consider staying at this home again the next time we visit Oahu.
The host was very accommodating.... the place is gorgeous!... and the views from the house are immaculate!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!
William has a beautiful home in a quiet residential area, we enjoyed are stay as this was our first time in Hawaii. William even brought us a treat and made us feel very welcomed.
Staying kapolei for 10 days was an absolute pleasure in this wonderful home. The home was immaculate and met every expectation we had. William was so nice and friendly and brought us treats to taste from his garden. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a great clean safe home to stay in. Will definately be back...
