We enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks in this condo. We have stayed in other condos in this complex and this condo is by far the best we have stayed in. It was very clean when we arrived. Communication with Kristi was very easy. The condo had everything we needed. We appreciated having a small supply of spices and condiments. The beach equipment saved us from renting or buying. Beds were very comfortable. We loved opening the curtains in the morning and looking out on the golf course. The furniture on the upper and lower lianas were so comfortable and clean, a favorite place to enjoy our down time.
We had another great stay at the property, it couldn’t have been any better. Loved all the new beach gear/toys and the unit was supplied with enough thoughtful supplies that we did not have to run to the store for common kitchen and bathroom items. This location is absolutely ideal with easy access to beaches, shops and dining. I especially love the patio off of the primary bedroom, opening up to the golf course making it an ideal location for morning coffee and the beds are very comfortable as well. My wife and I stayed 2+ months. We had visits from our son & wife, then our 5 grandchildren (two at a time + one single, over 2+ months). The condo was perfect. It is clean, quiet, great kitchen, along with beach toys, snorkels & chairs. Parking right outside our door. Kristi, the owner, was wonderful to deal with. Any questions were answered almost instantly. Beds, towels, linens, cushions in great shape. Nice patio and furniture much nicer than most neighbors. Location ideal for a variety of trips and sightseeing. No surprises!! Hope to return in the future.
This unit is well-situated in the Waikoloa Colony Villas. It is quiet and peaceful but a short distance to shopping and beach. As noted by previous reviews, the unit is very well equipped in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. Our family group included a 7 month old, and the Pack and Play was a great plus. The owner is so helpful and easy to contact and communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!
This is our third time staying at this property. We live the cleanliness of the property, central location, and the iwner is a wonderful host. We hope to return.

We visited the area with family members that were participating in the Ironman tournament. This condo was very comfortable and the location was perfect. The only negative for us in this situation was the limitation of visitor parking at the complex.
We were very happy with the accommodations, and they were exactly as described and then some. Kristi was easy to get in touch with (text) and there were no issues at all which is exactly how you would like your vacation to go. We have stayed on the islands many times, and this is by far the best property that we have experienced. The condo is very new from furniture to bedding and the kitchen area is very well stocked. Pool was a very nice feature as well.

We enjoyed our three week stay very much. Condo is wonderfully equipped and organized. Had everything we needed for cooking. Very nice to have Kona coffee supplied. Beautiful quiet golf course views. Great for walking. Gorgeous pool. Would recommend that the children’s pool be better advertised for all guests. One morning we had five kids under 4 in the pool. The parents didn’t even know there was a kids pool. Would be nice if it was an adult pool and kids in the other pool. Other than that we loved it all and would love to stay here again.
